I predict we see a bunch of stuff go down that will lead to the much anticipated NY/NJ war in the final season... Maybe Phil knocks off someone as revenge for Fat Dom's murder last episode. I think that someone could very well be Chris, whose drug use is bound to cloud his better judgment at some very important point.Comment

While I want stuff to happen, I'm not counting on anything "big" like Phil whacking someone...unless it's Christopher. Reason being is that the show tends to pretend that the show is "real time" so that the hiatus is actually that span of time in the characters' lives (think Carmela's spec house, the schooling of Meadow and A.J., etc). I think if Christopher goes, either by drugs or a hit that the gap will be appropriate. Maybe the code includes a span of mourning, so that after six months, when the show returns, all hell can break loose!I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be. - Douglas Adams

I hope we get to see a scene with Uncle Junior this week. It's terrible how his storyline went, because his wit was razor sharp, thus, hilarious.
I predict the feds will be involved somehow in this "mid-season" finale. The hardcore CSI fans love to point out how sloppy most of the crimes are handled on The Sopranos, but I always figured that's because they had a small influence in the local government.

I didn't realize that Frank Vincent(Philly Leotardo) played the guy who was beaten to death in a bar by Joe Pesci and Robert Deniro in "Goodfellows" brought on by his "go home and get your f*cking shinebox!" comment to Pesci's character, who use to shine shoes in his "yoot"[youth). Although I've watched Goodfellows 3 or 4 times Vincent was 16 years younger, heavier, and had less of an accent than what he brings to his role in "The Sopranos". Pesci also beat up(but not to death) Vincent in "The Raging Bull", but Vincent returned the favor in "Casino" where he helps beat Pesci's character and his character's brother to near death and buries them alive in a cornfield. Vincent is good friends with Deniro and Pesci.In the film Pesci also offed Spider played by Michael Imperioli (Chritopher). "Goodfellows" also had another "Sopranos" alumni in Lorraine Bracco (Dr Melfi).Comment

I was watching that tonight, too... Tony Sirico (Paulie Walnuts) had a brief role in Goodfellas as well... There was almost another "Sopranos" alumni on there; I had read that Ray Liotta had been approached about playing Tony Soprano.Comment
