That's 60 tracks for $14.97 on www.undergroundhiphop.com ... and its supposed to be consistently good, with numerous featured artists.

I'll probably be getting it, but I'm going to have to get it soon, since its pre-order ship date is June 27th, and I kind of want to hear it as it comes out, so I'm ahead or at least with the the rest of the public (underground public) on this one.
That's a whole lot of music.

Not true, Eight Ball had a 3-disc album. But yeah, I've heard the sampler for this and it's dope as ****. MF Grimm is sooooooo slepted on, it's not even funny.

These guys do NYC-style underground hip hop, but they sample really old jazz, bossa nova and soundtrack music...

        Check it out...

Well... I guess I'll be getting it for my 20th birthday in February... I wish I could get it sooner though. Brother Ali can rock the mic.

Yes very much... I have every song from Slow Your Roll and I own the TM Radio album.

I like their style, and their upbeat songs and melodies. Jaysonic is pretty talented, and 9:15 has a funny voice, that you can't help but enjoy. DJ Mekalek does a pretty good job with the beats.

My favorite song by them is "The Way Things Are", but these songs are pretty dope too:
                      • "The Way Things Are"
                      • "Reststop Sweetheart"
                      • "Mind in a Spin" (although Edo G. does a terrible job rapping on it)
                      • "Personal Ads"
                      • "The Wiggle" (my sis' favorite rap song)
                      • "On the Moon"
                      • "Night Lights"
                      • "Caught on Tape"

                            Artist: Lord Jamar
                            Album: The 5% Album
Producer(s): Lord Jamar; Bronze Nazareth; Preservation; Big Throwback; Reality Allah; Young Justice

An album so righteous that you can't commit evil. I am a fan of the beats that are present on this album, and the lyrics are religiously driven. Most of the songs are chill, rather than club bangers, but that's because the whole aspect of what this album wanted to cover. It's basically a biography on Clarence 13X or "father allah". When you get this cd you even recieve a 95 page booklet on the dude. The book is pretty interesting, but you can just listen to the track "Greatest Story Never Told" and collect the same amount of info if you had read it. I'm not a huge fan of the interludes. The thought behind them would have been good, if Little Brother didn't do the same thing on "The Minstrel Show" a couple months back. Overall, this cd was much better than anticipated, and I have been bumping it every day since I got it.
