    Artist: Pigeon John
Album: And the Summertime Pool Party
Producers: DNAE (2); Great Jason (2); Chris James (4); DJ Rhettmatic; Pigeon John; RJD2; Buchman & Nick Toth

When you listen to Pigeon John, you can't help but put a smile on your face. His style is so different, but when others try the same route, they can't match him. Every track is a fun, and so true to life. No artist have ever been as true as Pigeon John is. You can relate to everything he raps about, and nothing goes over your head. You might as well be listening to your life roughly narrated over pretty fly beats. I suggest a purchase of this cd. This is Pigeon John at his finest... Again!

Recently added member of the Hall of Justus crew, Skyzoo is one sick lyrically talented mc that hails from Brooklyn, rather than the normal HOJ Carolina team members. For his debut, he joins up with the famous 9th Wonder which is a direction that many choose, and few to none regret. This album is no exception. Some of the beats on the album are so-so, but most of them are such a treat to the ears. His flow makes him unique and he'll be easily identifiable once he gets the higher status. On the entire cd he goes solo, so we don't get a glimpse at other cats he might be rolling with outside the HOJ, that he might pull in. It would have been nicer to have a few featured artists, but this cd should definetely gain this rookie some respect.

I don't think I've ever heard a song by skyzoo that featured anyone.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

On Seperate but Equal, he is on with Little Brother, so he's been featured... but you are right... I don't think he has ever featured anyone.

Anybody picking up Lupe today? I've heard most of the cd and although at first I thought I wouldn't get it, the more I listen, I like it a little more each time. Plus, I'm starving for some good hip hop. I'm going to order the Gift of Gab mixtape, the Dan the Automator 2k7 soundtrack, and the Zion I albums, but still, I'm dying for some new music.

I picked Lupe up on Saturday. I only listened to it once since this weekend (and Monday) was crazy for me, but I liked it. There's something about his voice that kind of turns me off, but in the end, it's good music.

I wanna get the Automator 2k7 joint, too. Probably get it today somehow...

I picked up both Lupe and the Automator 2k7 albums today at my local Best Buy. The Automator album is pretty damn good, though I'm not wild about the Fabolous track. But it was only $12 while the Lupe cd is on sale for $9.99. Needless to say, it was nice to get 2 quality discs for less than $25.

I can't answer that, but I'll give you the last 5 songs that came on my iPod. Ones you can drive to, anyway.

That is a track you can play anytime of the day.. I believe there's two versions of the song though.. I prefer the one that 9th Wonder did.

There's a few remixes out and yeah the 9th one is the best version.
