Correct, I believe the Super Skrull has that stone now. Read Infinity Countdown #1 to see what's up with the other stones.

I'm excited for that, too. I really thought it was Deadpool for a few issues but I like the actual reveal.

Just got done reading Magneto: Testament.

It's absolutely incredible. It's a Magneto origin story of sorts, focusing solely on his experiences during the Holocaust. It doesn't show him using his powers at all, and it was perfect.

It was historically accurate, and visually accurate, and that made it sort of jaw-dropping and difficult to read in some places, but I highly, highly recommend it.

One of the reviews on Amazon said if you took Magneto's name off of this, it would just be about a kid trying to survive one of the most unimaginable events in human history.

Read this book yesterday with my power being out. Agree with everything TripleCrown said about it. The copy I got seemed to be a teacher's edition of sorts, so it had stuff that further explained what was going on each 'scene' and I couldn't finish reading it because everything talked about was real and actually happened.

I've never been a big fan, but it really does feel like some of the big pillars are getting back in place.

For a long time, you came to the store to buy certain comics, and then they could try things out with secondary books, spinoffs and mini series. It feels like they opted for a while to just forgo the mainstays, and then the rest suffered.

I really hope I can get back into the hobby I used to love so much, it just doesn't hold my attention as it did before.

Maybe this will be in part a result of the Infinity Wars they're building up to.

coming back. I haven't read a modern comic book in a long time. Everything feels either like a stunt or stale as hell. I will definitely take a look at this relaunch though and they have a GREAT writer helming it so it won't leave me confused as heck like Hickman's run did.

Finished Dark Knights Metal this morning, as the last issue came out this past Wed.

I'm also excited for many things in the near future: the return others mentioned in the posts above me, the new Infinity event, DC's No Justice and Marvel's "Fresh Start."

A new Venom series started this week.

Which is really only notable (don't get me wrong, it's starting off pretty good) because it came nearly 30 years to the day of Venom's debut.

The first time fans saw Venom was May 10, 1988. The new series started May 9, 2018.

I've been out of the game for a bit, but I'm going to start reading up again. I ordered the TPB vol. 1 of the original TMNT and vol. 1 of the JMS Amazing Spiderman Collection. I'm hoping to do a bit of reading before the game drops in September.

I also want to finish out the Scott Snyder run on Batman and complete the Batman RIP/Inc series I have started while diving into his American Vampire series.

Also, do you guys still get physical books or have most people gone digital? I'm trying to find some TPBs (ie: Uncanny X-men Masterworks), but some of them are out of print and hard/impossible to find at a reasonable price.

I'm completely digital for new issues, but mostlt physical for TPBs.

Speaking of which, I have the entire Blackest Night collection but there's one single issue missing. It's the weirdest thing it's not in any of the 7 books.
