The first one appears behind the yellow box on the right hand side. You can see just a little bit of text sticking out. You can highlight and copy, and when you paste it, that comes out.

The second one shows up if you click around in the yellow box near the bottom. Not sure exactly what triggers it, but it shows up after a few clicks for me. You have to copy paste to really be able to read this one too

The Mrs and I rewatched last season's finale and the opener again tonight. I'm assuming that was Sawyer in the casket at the funeral parlor. There was no one close to him to attend the funeral, the first letter of the person's named started with a "J" (James), and Jack was neither his family or friend. When Jack told Kate he was hoping she would go to his funeral she questioned him in a very angry/bitter way. Towards the end of Season 3 Kate and Sawyer's relationship was breaking.

The part where Kate and Jack talk near the runway I'm not so sold on, but when Kate said "I've got to get back, he'll wonder where I am"...I'm wondering if Kate had her jail time deferred and instead lives at a halfway house. It may be a little far fetched, but this is Lost after all. Maybe her parole officer is the "he" who is wondering where she is late at night.

BTW...while Sawyer and Kate were arguing in the Season 3 finale. Kate wanted to go back to get Jin, Sayid, and Bernard. Sawyer angrily said to her that (I'm paraphrasing here) "there's always someone to go back for to rescue." Good foreshadowing that once she's off the Island she'll have to go back to save someone.

I don't know how they'll explain it, but something tells me the coffin was Jack's. Maybe he faked his own death to set up going back to the island or something? I don't know. All I know is Lost always has unexpected twists and in several weird ways it would make sense:

Name starts with a J? Check.
Neither friend nor family? Check.
Unnecessary to open the casket? Check (could be empty, or even someone else's body).
Neither friend nor family but still profoundly affected? Check, especially if no one showed up for your own funeral.

Also, wasn't that LA? Wouldn't Sawyer's funeral be in Alabama?

Anyways, just a hunch. You read it here first.

How do you know the name starts with a "J?" Not to mention, surely the funeral director would notice that Jack looks awfully similar to the man in the coffin.

Yeah, that is definitely not correct.

Why would Jack contemplate suicide by reading of his own "faked suicide?" Why would Jack ask Kate if she went to the funeral, if it was his apparent "faked suicide?"

That theory is far from correct. Holes everywhere.

They could all know about the fake suicide. It's very apparent someone is doing whatever they can to make sure they don't talk.

It's a stretch, but then again, so was a freakin' smoke monster picking up and slamming someone.

Right, fun theory but there are too many holes. When Jack first sees the obit on the plane he's shocked, he's not going to be shocked if he planned his own death, he would be expecting to see his own obit.

Screen caps of the article in Jack's hand show the person's first name starts with a "J". It could be Jack, James, Jin, John. I believe the article said "man's body found", so that rules out Juliette.

One other possibility is that the person could be John Locke. He doesn't have much for family or friends. Kate hates him. Jack could be devastated because he believes Locke may have been the only way back to island.

OK, I brought this up before but didn't get an answer. When those airlifts of Dharma food were coming in that Hurley was getting has ranch dressing from, they clearly said Dharma on the food. So we haven't seen one in a while presumably because the outposts were destroyed stopping the transmission to Dharma.

So wouldn't Dharma want to investigate. I think that is who is on the freighter and I think they'll kill all the others when they find out what happened. I also think this is backed by Penny's father.
