Batman Begins LE is only $14.49 on AMZ - definitely jumping on that one. Casino Royale CE is $13.99.

Apparently AMZ has a Lost Seasons 1-5 set available for preorder and the price is only $170 bucks, which would make them about $35 bucks a piece compared to $50 that AMZ has the seasons listed for separately.

I just picked up three of the Harry Potter movies on Blu-Ray for 10 bucks each at Sams Club.

WIN considering if I went two stores down in that shopping mall, Best Buy had them for 30 each.

I just ordered a new subwoofer:

So I am REALLY stoked to re-watch a few movies to really test this beast out. Can't wait to try out Transformers, The Dark Knight, Iron Man, Red Cliff 2, etc etc. Might have to rewatch my whole collection!

Sick purchase. Make sure to warn the neighbors.

Thanks. But after all the loud *** music and parties they've had, there will be no warnings. I won't be satisfied until I've convinced them that there's a thunderstorm going on whenever I'm watching a movie

If that's the case then I recommend:
                Mr and Mrs Smith
                Death Race
                Black Hawk Down
                Band of Brothers
                Fast and the Furious trilogy

Already have BHD and BoB. I've got a pretty decent collection of heavy bass hitters. I might just run the hospital explosion scene from TDK and the Ironhide sweep from Transformers on a continuous loop for a while just to see how it goes

This is the single most impressive piece of demo material for your subwoofer. I would love to hear that on your system!

So does anyone have exact dates for Braveheart on Blu? I looked around online, but most just say August/September. Hoping August, as i'm dying to see it on Blu!

Sept. 1st is the release date.

As for Sub woofer material, let's not forget, Incredible Hulk. 30 days / 30 nights is also another good-1

Absolutely agreed. Even on my crappy little subwoofer now, it blows my mind. I can't even begin to imagine how it's going to sound on the new sub! Can't wait! Should be here tomorrow!

I do have Incredible Hulk. Haven't watched the blu-ray yet, waiting for the new sub.

Has anyone seen U-571 on blu? I've never watched the movie yet, but from what I read, it's supposed to be good reference audio. Just wondering if the movie itself is good.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Both were solid releases on HD-DVD. I'd imagine the PQ will be almost identical but the AQ might see a bump up.
