Maybe Demigodzilla and I are the only G fans, but I'm anxious for Destroy All Monsters and Megalon Blu Ray remasters.

Re: **Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread Part II**
FYI: If no need a basic blu ray player with wifi for under $50 shipped, here ya go: http://www.cowboom.com/deal-of-the-d...tm_campaign=CJ
I picked up an Insignia branded blu ray player last year and had no problems with it.
PS--It will show up as out of stock. Had no luck using firefox, but did with internet explorer. May have to refresh your browser or close and re-open IE several times before it will be in stock..
Black Friday come early.
If you don't visit slickdeals.net daily, you should.Comment

Re: **Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread Part II**
Barnes and Noble are in the midst of a 50% off on all Criterion releases sale and needless to say, I went nuts.
I picked up the following titles:
8 1/2 (1963)
Black Narcissus (1947)
Breathless (1960)
Bottle Rocket (1996)
Charade (1963)
Cul-De-Sac (1966)
Days Of Heaven (1978)
Diabolique (1955)
Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas (1998)
Harakiri (1962)
High And Low (1963)
The Killing (1956)
Kiss Me Deadly (1955)
Mystery Train (1989)
Paris, Texas (1984)
The Red Shoes (1948)
Vivre Sa Vie (1962)
I think I just might have a problem.Comment

I really wish I could afford more Criterion releases. Those are what I do not hesitate with a blind buy because the quality is always superb.

20 bucks is a steal for Criterion though. I just wish I had the bank to finance a good Criterion collection.

Re: **Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread Part II**
I now have exactly 31 Criterion Blu-ray titles and roughly 10 DVD titles.
I am going to lay off on regular BD releases (other than must have titles) for a while and work on my Criterion section.
My overall Blu-ray collection now sits at 345 titles:
I am quite proud of it, but there are guys out there with over 1,000 already and it makes me jealous!Comment

Re: **Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread Part II**
****, I haven't even watched all the ones I've bought, much less worried about somebody who has 1,000 of them! haha Other than movies I saw in theaters that I loved and older movies I just absolutely have to have (ie: Disney blus), I've been laying off getting blus on release dates. You can get about 95% of blus for less than $15 now new if you just wait. And like I said, my queue is about 10 movies deep.
