yeah I paid $34.99 so I'm super pissed! But my friend is the manager, he told me to just bring it back, since I bought 26 HD-DVD movies and 11 Blu-Rays I told him this one sucked, so I can get a refund on it.

Yeah, I saw those. That IS pretty crappy!

I recently picked up the Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford on Blu-Ray, and wasn't impressed either. That's one that I would definitely recommend buying on standard def if you really want it.

We'll I finally pulled the trigger on a PS3. (Mainly for BR Playback) Just picked-up "Michael Clayton & No Country" It's gonna be a good weekend

Joe, 'No Country" is a fantastic movie and probably one of the best I have ever seen. Now all we need is Universal to start releasing more titles on Blu soon.......but probably won't be till summer/fall.

I popped Hitman in last night, looked amazing, no clue how you took those photos above or how off your TV is in calibration, but mine looked amazing.

Crystal clear in 1080P.

Anyone know if/when they're releasing the Indy movies on Blu-ray? That's one collection I need to get, but I held off back when they released the regular DVD one. Maybe when the 4th is released on DVD they'll have a blu-ray set too?

Thanks for confirming that, because the 2 reviews I read said the picture was excellent but grainy in a few spots.

I only watched 10-15 mins, saw both light and dark scenes, I didn't pay too much attention if it was grainy, it could have been, but the pic looks 1000X better than what was posted above.

This probably isn't the place, but pick up The Show. I know you love baseball so I know you won't be disappointed.

I popped in Hitman after i finished NCFOM(amazing movie btw) just to see how the PQ is and it looked fine to me.

Also on Blu-ray.com people who seen it mentioned one grainy scene but thats all, other than that the PQ is great.

I had brought The Show, but I took back this morning. I just couldn't justify having 2 baseball games @ FULL PRICE. I would be willing to give 07 a try. Does it differ much in reference to game play from 08?
