Yeah, you're probably right. Marlo, Snoop, and Chris was a scary-*** combination that really controlled the show during the best season.

Word to Bodie though... the best of the first season cast along with Bubs.

EDIT: Pack, ha... no I still haven't gotten out there or anywhere else on the east coast. I'll make it happen some day, I've been ungodly busy this past 6 months or so. I want to tear up some crabs too, so there's a dual purpose to the trip ha.

I was gonna say Marlo, Chris and Stringer were my favorites, with Omar and Bodie as my top 5.

Stringer was great until the third season.

I know they were trying to portray him as the guy who would have been a great businessman had he not have been born in the circumstances, but it contrasts poorly with season 1 when he was the most ruthless character on the show.

I didn't start watching the show until Seasons 1-4 had already aired. I watched Seasons 1-3 on DVD and Season 4 on Cox Cable's ON DEMAND (when I had Cox Cable). I watched all 4 seasons inside a month. I could not stop watching. You will not stop watching either, but first you have to start watching.

Avon is my favorite character. Then Wee-bey, Bodie, Chris, and Vondas/Spiros. The "I'm just a gangster I suppose" scene with Avon and Stringer was amazing. I'm finally on season 5. Just re-watched the episode where Bodie died. That sucked.

Hard for me to pick a favorite out of that group. Marlo, Snoop, Stringer, Omar, Bunk...yeah just no way for me to choose. They all brought their own level of awesomeness to the show. Really my favorite ever, ever ever.
