I actually thought that scene was genius. Omar is always prepared and protects himself. He let his guard down for 1 second, thats it. Who knows, that kid is probably the next Avon/Marlo. It's all in the GAME.

The scene where Michael whoops his *** was one of the funniest things I saw on The Wire. Especially when somebody in the background started laughing at him.

Brother had more bodies on him than a chinese cemetary, according to Prop Joe. No, Brother Mouzone was hired by Avon to protect the towers in Season 2. Stringer cut that deal with Proposition Joe to get some of that good product that the Eastside boys had. But he cut the deal before Avon reached out. Having Mouzone around nearly screwed up the deal,especially after what happened to Cheese. Stringer and Prop Joe needed somebody to get rid of Mouzone, but they couldn't use one of their guys. Enter Omar. They fed Omar a story about how it was Mouzone who killed his boy Brandon back in season 1. That's how Omar got involved with Brother.

I love the wire, i wish i would have looked around OS a lot sooner. By far my favorite show. I have re-watched the entire series 7-8 times. I'd rather watch it than new shows on tv
