Well, I've been looking into it and if I can pull some things together I might be going to Fiasco Friday in NY after-all. I should know tomorrow for sure.

I'm flying into Newark instead of JFK. But that's only because it's closer to my cousin who's picking us up and letting me and my friend stay with her.

There are now people who are planning on filming an official documentary for the rally. They're asking for $1000 which shouldn't be too much since we got over 1000 people who said they're going to the rally via the Fiasco Friday website.

good choice on the newark, its so much less of a hassle then JFK.

I fully expect them to get more than $1000, and I bet more than 1000 people show up.

Honestly I doubt lasers get released because of fiasco friday, but at the same time its the right thing to do as this sends the message that "We Are Lupe Fans, and We Are Not to be F****D With" Things will be set in motion. I hope some celebrities show up, that would be tight.

Any word on if lupe himself is showing up to any of these events?

o, and f*** the music industry

          EDIT: O, and I f*** with J. Cole. I need to hear a J. Cole, Lupe callabo

A few days after Fiasco Friday was announced, Lupe tweeted he was going to be there. I feel that by Lupe stating his attendance, he legitimized this as an official "We Want L.A.S.E.R.S." act.

O for sure. If anything it made seem like this was not just his fans protest, but his. He's acting out. Glad to see he is cool enough and passionate enough to do this with his fans.

Please please please talk to him

I would love nothing more that day than to have a conversation with Wasalu Jaco. I'm curious to see if he recognizes me from the show at the Greek where he just about made my month, maybe even year.

Pretty wack IMO. Hopefully the album isn't.

It should have just been Good *** Job this whole time.

Also, first track is "Dark Fantasy" produced by Rza, Ye and No I.D.

LOL. Just playin' man. I'll officially be there too (just booked my trip)! I too love Lupe and his art. The rally should be a lot of fun. It would be cool to be able to tell him how much his music means to me or to get an autograph, but I'm not holding my breath. It'll be fun just to be a part of this march. I have a friend who has friends that stay out there. I told my friend that I'll pay half his ticket if he could convince his friends to let us crash.
