A lil throwback to 2005. This was one of my favorite albums. Too bad he couldn't come close to replicating this album.

He'll never do better than his first album imo.

I actually thought Doctor's Advocate was better. Not by much, but still better.

LAX was solid as well but wasn't as good as either of his first 2 albums.

I wish we knew wtf was going on with The R.E.D. Album. The damn album was supposed to come out August 24th (the whole Kobe thing was a big deal to him: 8/24) but nothing. I'm not even sure it would have been that good anyways going off of some of the tracks that came out that were supposed to be from the album.

Isn't he suppose to be in the next Westside Connection disc? If so that could make for some good stuff, though I think it would personally be better with Mack 10 in place of Cube, but that will never happen. The Game, WC, and Mack 10 would be a mean combo.

Neither will 50 Cent, Young Buck, Lloyd Banks or G-Unit.

I'm here. What do you need? Impressions of what? lol

Nothing relevant to my taste has been posted on this thread lately but I've been lurking.

I think he's talking about your impressions of Fiasco Friday, which has yet to happen. He probably thought it went down on the 1st and not the 15th.

                    1st and 15th.... woah.

Hah, no thanks. I'd rather they do it just one day so I don't have to fly out both times.

Streets, are you going to Fiasco Friday Chicago?

now its in different cities? damn I'm behind on this. Anything else I don't know.

btw i hate how this idea, that people protest for a music artist, let alone a rap artist, isn't being highlighted nationally. It speaks to the quality of his music and fans.

Kanye album officially comes out November 22nd. Too far away....

I have a feeling it's gonna leak real early anyways.

Nah. I have to work that day and it doesn't seem worth it for a march here when the real protest will be going on in NY.

That said, I'm giving heavy consideration to taking off work (If I don't have any clients scheduled for that day) and flying out to NYC for the weekend (I've actually never been). The problem is, I don't know if I could afford it. I can get tickets for around 200 to 230 a pop round trip, which isn't too bad. Problem is, hotels are CRAZY expensive. Since I've never been, I don't know the best airports, places to stay ways to get around etc. on the cheap.
