I view it as Aaliyah asking and wanting to know what's on Drake's mind [figuratively] and wants him to just open up to her, so she can help. I agree with you about the shot at Chris Brown: Outside of that shot, Drake speaks on various events and basically is "ranting" about what's on his mind. Heck, he even ends it with: "This is **** that's on my mind I just keep it to myself. (You know?)"

Aside from the last 2 bars, the way I interpreted it, it really doesn't relate to me. He's just talking about things that bother him, not what she can do to make things better between them.
