By the way, those facts from that Empire article make me want to throw out a congratulations to Wally Pfister, Nolan's right-hand man as DP in most of his films. He'll be taking the director's chair in projects after TDKR, and I have every intention of giving a look at any film he's involved in hereon out.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises
There's a Public Enemies book where Batman gets Superman's powers and Superman is powerless. It does show how ordinary Superman really is though.Comment

Re: The Dark Knight Rises
I have a feeling theres going to be a huge spoiler or twist no one saw coming....involving a character we havent seen or a character like JGL having a much bigger role."Good music transcends all physical limits, it's more then something you hear, it's something that you feel, when the author, experience, and passion is real" - Murs (And this is for)Comment

According to Facebook advance tickets go on sale today.
Update: They go on sale at noon today, although it looks like only select theaters starting today (only one of the three around here is listed for a midnight opening, no IMAX times up yet). I will be buying some while at work.Last edited by Beantown; 06-11-2012, 06:59 AM.Comment

Re: The Dark Knight Rises
I've already resigned myself to the fact that I probably won't see it until Sunday of opening weekend or sometime during the first full week of release. **** these crowds.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises
Won't catch me at any midnight showings. Opening night crowds are the worst and full of teenagers.
Most likely going to catch this sometime on Sunday during opening weekend. Probably at Showcase Cinema de lux at Patriots Place. They serve alcohol and this is the kind of movie that should be viewed while drinking cocktails.
Sorry, if these promotional posters have been posted already.
