Actually, it wasn't his political two facing it was because he was prosecuting cops and that was his nickname the cops had given him.

I don't mind when Gordon calls him Batman - never thought it sounded cheesy? What else is he going to address him as? Mr. Bat? Hey, you? I know they name-dropped Scarecrow through out Batman Begins and at the beginning of TDK. Its a damn comic book movie at the end of the day. Who cares what if they use their costumed names.

They're still very discrete about it... just like with Catwoman, the most they'll probably hint with is when Fox said Bruce's new suit should hold up well against cats.

they said that more than a third of the movie was shot in IMAX form, which totaled out to about an hour.

Therefore just a bit more than 1/3rd of the movie = one hour, so the total run time is probably right around two and a half hours.

**** math. Stay away from Batman.

Oh, you said nothing about IMAX in your previous post haha that's probably why I was a bit lost.

Good math, though. The last thing I want to see is for this film to last under 130 minutes. I do indeed believe that length is a factor in cinematic epicness.

Yup, I'm not watching any more footage by voluntary means. Just the trailers so far. I avoided the prologue, I'll try and plug my ears for all aired TV spots lol, and I may have to unsubscribe from this thread if people started delving into plot points and character revealings before it comes out.

From hereon out, I just want to hear the run time and see some reviews.

I'm sure it's really good, but I'm not watching anything related to this movie outside of trailers and TV spots - which, I think, we've seen the last of with TV spot #4.

Now if July would just hurry the **** up...

The translation of my post: I don't really want The Riddler, and I think any way he is put in might as well be in the same world Jim Carrey's Riddler was in.

I've heard some okay ways that he could be included, but like Eddie Brock in SM, introduce him in the beginning, develop him, then let him shine. Throwing Nygma in this late in the ballgame is too difficult of a task, regardless of the actor.

Joel Schumacher worked exceptionally hard to make the Riddler one of the least recognizable villain of Batman in his movies when comparing the characters to their comic-book counter parts. Taking into consideration both of his Batman films, that is saying A LOT.

Please, do not judge the character's merit by what you've seen in Batman Forever. That wasn't the Riddler. That was Jim Carrey high on crack in a leotard.

Wow, I don't wanna spoil anything for those that haven't watched that^^ but I'm really getting excited for Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle. She seems to have stepped up her acting a notch for this one.
