I agree with this. They knew it. I hear they may be pairing it with 24 on Mondays.

Now if we can just get shows like American Idol and Dancing with the Stars to get the F out. lol 2 worthless shows, hey look, i can sing!

In fairness to Fox, why would you do anything to a show like American Idol? That damned show is a cash cow.
Any smart businessman would give it preference over Dollhouse in the schedule.
I'm not a fan myself (though I did like Katharine McPhee - what's the slobber smilie?), but Fox is only giving the people what they want when they prominently place dreck like Idol at the top of their schedule.

Yea, I hate American Idol as much as the next guy that hates it, but if I were running Fox, I would find a way to have that thing on every day.

American Idol is a money maker and that's what keeps the network running.

It's just like Dancing With the Stars on ABC. ABC found a hit. A hit I don't care for, but I won't ignore that it's a hit.

So happy we get another season of Dollhouse. The show really hit its stride halfway through the season and I can't wait to see more Wash!

In an odd twist of irony, Epitaph One (this seasons un-aired in the US episode) is what Joss pitched to the execs he can do with a lower budget, one of the things that fox network was worried about.

Now if Amy Acker can get pulled away from Happy Town (literally) then it will be all good.

Just read that Joss has been itching to get Summer Glau on Dollhouse (even while she was on T:SCC), not as a doll but as some other character that talks way too much. The idea amuses him. Nothing concrete just putting the news/knowledge out there.

Haha, Joss is a genius. I like him more than I did before reading the above.

Casting Summer as a girl that talks too much? Gold.

Bump. Anybody pick up season one today? I want to see the unaired episode, but I don't feel like dropping $45 for the blurays quite yet.

I got the blu ray and it has the unaired ep and the original pilot (which would have set things in motion a bit quicker)

as for Epitath One(the unaired ep), its set a few years into the future and basically is a

                                Not feeling it at all.

It seems to put too much emphasis on it being a Fox series (because only Fox will have this sort of design for their own series) and gun-play.

I would have preferred an emphasis on being someone else. How does holding a gun express the main theme of the series?

Anyway, I'm excited for the new season. If someone knows a place where I can watch that unaired episode online please PM me.
