Really? Kind of wrote that movie off, thought it would be horrible. Must check it out then.

Given that he called the love scenes "sensual", I think he was being sarcastic.

      They're anything but sensual.

          RocknRolla.
Its a grittier British version of an Oceans 11 (heist/caper/comedy) type film. Directed by Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes). I also liked his first movie, Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrells

If you liked "Stock...", you'll love "Snatch".

I swear, for the life of me I thought you were talking directly to a member on this site called "RocknRolla" when you said this post, so I thought you were talking about some other movie (maybe like The Bank Job or something). I even went back so many pages to find out what movie you were referring to and I found another person I thought was talking to a member named "RockandRolla" (at least that's how they named it). Took me maybe ten minutes to figure out that you guys were talking about the name of the movie itself, not the name of a member lol.

I will have to check this out.

Yup, "Snatch" is better than "Lock" which was better than "RockNRolla."

In my opinion, of course. I still have yet to see Revolver.

I finally got around to seeing Iron Man 2 last night. After reading many of the luke warm impression in the thread here i went in with low expectations but i really loved it. Great cast, great actions sequences and solid sequel imo. My only complaint is how it kind of abruptly ended.
                    Spoiler
but overall it was a very enjoyable film.

Pan's Labyrinth - I love this movie, but I hadn't seen it on blu-ray until last night and I think it looked great. Such an awesome movie. The Captain is one mean son of a bitch.

Pan's has an excellent audio track. That's the only reason why I watched it.

I watch a movie called Ninja (made in 2009) last night. I have a soft spot for bad martial arts movies and this pretty much fit the bill. A bunch of no names on the cast list but some pretty decent fight scenes and special effects for such a small budget movie. It had some really bad acting at times and the odd kick or punch that missed it's target but still seemly connected but overall it was ok.

A also watched The Wrestler yesterday as well. As someone who isn't a fan of wrestling at all this movie does a great job of showing the brutal toll the sport must take on the bodies of those that do it. I won't watch it again but it was enjoyable and Rouke did a great job. Tomei still has a smokin hot body!!!!

Memento, a great movie aswell, I loved how it was told backwards and another original movie.

taxi driver, im normally a huge martin scorsese fan, but this one seemed weird and pointless
