Whoever did the voice in the Year One movie wasn't any good either and really took away from the movie. I have it but ended up falling asleep half-way through watching it.

I think he matches the tone of the comic, but the art-style doesn't. It looks way too clean.

The Hunger Games. Pleasantly surprised. Kept my attention. Felt like a PG-version of Condemned.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.

I found this to be a very enjoyable movie. Once again, Robert Downey Jr. really delivers a great performance, and I found Watson (played by Jude Law) to be more enjoyable in this film than the first Sherlock Holmes.

The stop-action sequences were really cool and I felt that the story was easier to follow than the first as well.

                    Case 39

I think I remember this film coming out in theaters along the same time as Buried. Perhaps it was Let Me In? It was something where I had a choice to make about what film to see, and this was not my first choice. Perhaps because I had no exposure to it. I found it on Netflix, and was surprised at the cast (Zellweger, Cooper, McShane). It also featured (if not debuted) a young girl with some very versatile talents.

Unfortunately, it sounds like I'm going to praise this film. Not that it was bad, but it just didn't hit the right spots for me. It's not a horror movie, but it wants to deal with supernatural elements when you as the viewer almost couldn't care less. Probably the first twenty minutes of the film could have made for a great drama thriller on its own, though I wasn't too displeased with the story that was told, either. Watching the film, it was sometimes tough to tell what kind of budget they had. Some shots were just much "cheaper" than others.

Hypothetically, seeing it in theaters, I would have felt it to be too "run of the mill" to recommend. Because I saw it on Netflix, I wouldn't necessarily turn others away from seeing it the same way. It's not bad, but don't make it a blind buy.

Watched "I Am Legend" again with the alternate ending. I had seen the alternate ending previously and preferred it. Overall, it didn't do much for me the second time around. And for some reason the first time around, the CGI didn't bug me, but this time it was noticeably average.

That's just what Nick Nolte sounds like.

Yeah but Tom Hardys character is just the same. Im raising the volume so much when they both have a conversation.

                              Im just not into it
