Might get lucky and find someone selling one on Craigslist because they don't know what they have. I doubt any store would bother using the storage space on them even if there is a very tiny market of people who might want one.

We have a 55" in our living room now so we wouldn't want to any smaller. My wife isn't big on tvs but I do think she'd be quite unhappy if I went with a smaller tv...that'd be the first thing she'd likely say, LOL

Why not just get the bigger one now and move living room one to man cave? That's what I always do when I upgrade tvs...other rooms get better ones.

Well the one in my gaming room now is a 67" Samsung that's still doing pretty good. And we watch TV a lot more in our bedroom than I do in my man cave.

So going to get a 55" for the living room that is 4K and move the 55" 1080P to the bedroom.

Then later on down the road I want to get a really awesome 65" UHDTV with HDR and wide color gamut for my man cave.

Speaking of which, I went to Best Buy at lunch and checked out the TVs. OMG I am in love with the Samsung 55" KU6500 (curved) TV! Freaking awesome TV that really looked rich, colorful and...well just killer...

May end up being the one I get for our living room if I can find a good deal..

You'd be better going with a 55" Sony X850D for $999, basically $100 more than that. The 6500 doesn't have a wide color gamut, so you won't be getting accurate HDR. It also only has a 60 hz panel, so expect some motion blur when watching sports.

Thanks for your advice on this because I have been wondering the same thing, if it was worth it. I'm going to look out for the Sony x850D now.

Speaking of which, is there ANY benefit or features at all using a Sony TV with a PS4 Pro?? Any sort of linking or anything cool that would be yielded from pairing them up?

Sony does have the best operating system in Android TV. You also have the ability to use Playstation Now through the TV. BTW, if you're looking for a 65" you can get one for $1,399..

Keep in mind, if you purchase from Best Buy with the BB CC, any purchase over $799 is 0% for 24 months.

                        Slick sale there, Scott

Just teasing, that's actually a great deal if you don't mind getting a new CC...kinda like paying a little bit each month for a phone.

Yeah...I tend to do Amazon or Costco for stuff as well, but I'd consider opening a CC if it got me a great deal.

Just wanted to check in and see how your OLED experience with a few more days under your belt....Have decided that I definitely want to go the OLED route....just not sure if I should get one now....or wait and see how much QLEDs from Samsung are.....or the new LG OLEDs.
