Funny thing about them. I called and canceled cable and phone. The next day our Internet was down. Convenient. I had to call them and sit on the phone for 30 minutes so they could pretend something was wrong that needed fixing.
"Sometimes when you downgrade services, it affects others."
In other words: "Let's see how you like not having Internet, service downgrader."
And then they wonder why people dislike their service.
