I have looked at different pictures of Jaina Solo. She will be using either a blue or purple lightsaber. That was from extended universe novels. We'll see if they base her directly off the novel's version of her or not. I've seen her holding both. We'll see in the trailer, I hope.

Disney and Lucas decided earlier this year that the Star Wars Extended Universe is no longer canon, so I don't think they will make these movies with the same character names or back stories. Those stories are part of the Star Wars Legends history now to stay. Not saying it's not possible that Ridley and Driver won't play the Solo kids, but I definitely don't think they'll be called Jaina and Jacen.

I just heard today from confirmed sources that the 1st teaser trailer for this movie will be released in "select theaters" this Friday. I'm sure we'll see the trailer online this weekend. I am so looking forward to it.

Also, there will be a teaser trailer online this Friday via Apple. I heard that the official Star Wars twitter account, @starwars. That's super news. I plan to watch it, when it shows up.

I don't know what to think. Episode 1 and 2 where so bad and this doesn't show that much. I need to see more before I can really say any thing. The movie comes out in a little over a year. I wonder when the next trailer will come out? The next trailer is when I should beable to really say something. Star wars episode 3 was really good but with how bad 1 and 2 where my expectation for 7 are pretty low. <!-- / message --><!-- added 1/18/11 -->

MANNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I felt like I was a kid again watching that teaser! I CANNOT WAIT!

Also, the Sith VO guy sounds very reminiscent of Cumberbatch in Into Darkness. I like it.
