Literally the only one I don't enjoy is Thor 2.

Agreed with the bold. I thought Thor and Thor 2 were crap, I'll put The Incredible Hulk in "good but far from great," and IM3 would be some steps above that, alongside IM1. I want to put Age of Ultron on their levels too, if only the villain didn't just feel like another Tony Stark and the Blu-ray's audio had some actual punch to it (I'm allowed to hate on the movie for its production, yes). I'll say that Ant-Man was "ok" as well, and I won't give Guardians of the Galaxy too much disservice but it definitely doesn't deserve its praise.

EDIT: Let me try and rank my preferences instead:

      1) Captain America: The Winter Soldier
      2) Iron Man 3
      3) Iron Man
      4) Avengers: Age of Ultron
      5) The Incredible Hulk
      6) The Avengers
      7) Ant-Man
      8) Guardians of the Galaxy
      9) Iron Man 2
      10) Thor
      11) Captain America: The First Avenger
      12) Thor 2

And I find it unfair myself that I don't give Iron Man 2 enough praise. But wow, they really did go wrong by their sequel, no matter Sam Rockwell's performance.

I also don't give Captain America: The First Avenger much credit for small reasons. I felt like the story on paper was fine, even though I'm not a fan of Steve Rogers placed in an older time. The biggest issue though was the directing. It really goes to show how poor directing can break a movie just as much as great directing can make a movie.

I hear you about AOU the villain was not that good. I found AOU to be slightly better then the first one though because it was funnier and the action was a little better but the first avengers movie had a better villain. To me iron man is the most overrated CBM off all time, GOTG is the second most overrated CBM off all time and avengers the 3erd most overrated CBM of all time. Out side of winter solider and the 2 avenger movies I would take all 5 spider man movies, the dark knight trilogy and the last 2 xmen movies over all of the MCU movies.

        1. Captain America winter solider
        2. Avengers AOU
        3. Avengers
        4. Iron man 3
        5. GOTG
        6. Ant man
        7. Thor
        8. Thor 2
        9. Captain America
        10. Iron man 1/ Iron man 2
        11. Iron man 2/ Iron man 1 cant decide both are equally bad.

          Potentially, Another Spider-Man Reboot

They have Zendaya in the movie. I really need to sit down and read the comics to understand the stories better. What is a good site/app to do a catchup on comics for an affordable price?

I have not read a lot of comics but I always loved spider man because of the movies, games and cartoons and I bought this a while back. I think I have only read 5 issues. When I got it I think it cost $70 now looks like you cant get it that cheap but maybe you can get it some where else.

              Re: Potentially, Another Spider-Man Reboot

I loved the McGuire movies, specifically #1 and 2.
What they've done to this character since is horrible. I didn't really like the reboot and only watched about 15 or 20 min of the 2nd Garfield film.

I really hope they do a better job of the 2nd reboot. Spiderman is an iconic superhero. Everything about him is cool and unique. I'd hate to see them fail a 3rd time with this character.

Overall, I think I'm pretty burned out on all these superhero films. The genre has become pretty saturated.

However, I can't wait for the Shazam movie. I think he's a really cool character and one that doesn't get enough pub.
I was fascinated to read that at one time, his comics outsold Superman's.

The Spider-Man title may have been revealed accidentally by Sony. The live-action superhero reboot starring Tom Holland opens July 7, 2017.

The title might have been leaked. Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Sony has also registered another domains which are Spider-Man: Coming of Age,Spider-Man: Greatness Awaits and Spider-Man: Suspended so maybe they haven't decided yet. (Source: Sony Registers More SPIDER-MAN Domains

One of the reasons of me wanting to see Civil Ward is to see how Spider-Man is portrayed. I've more faith in a Marvel guided movie than whatever Sony can do, specially since they don't seem to learn their lessons (Spider-man 3 and TASM2).
I still prefer TASM2 suit over the new one, the one from the last movie was borderline perfect to me.

I love the eyes on the new suit though (in the trailer) and the web shooters make me so excited.

Yes. Having Marvel involved gives great hope. They really haven't had a poorly rated movie. Spider-man should be easy for them. Only problem is the reboot? Do they try a creative story like asm or old school with the comics. Maybe they skip the origin tale all together since he's introduced in Civil War.

I dont think there's a need for a total reboot. Maybe work in some flash back to origin moments (done up new, of course) and let it be.

I wish the movie /franchise go for something like the Spectacular Spiderman TV show, it was really well done; good character development, solid and fluent storylines and making Peter Parker (almost) as interesting as Spiderman. Plus, it matches Peter's age and situation really well.

I want Spider-Man: Homecoming to be 2 hours of Peter Parker being an awkward teenager, trying to get the guts to ask MJ to dance.
