    Re: Spider-Man: Homecoming

Went back and watched 2 and two things that bugged me were Harry constantly badgering Peter about protecting Spiderman....almost as if 2/3 of his lines were about that...with no real good segue. Also, why did we have to have the unmasked Spidey saving the speeding train? Those facial expressions were horrific.

So in on this after watching him steal the show in civil war.

Now that he's tied to the MCU, we need Norman Osborn in some capacity...

Ugh, awful. Then again, I hated Toby Maguire in the role from the very first moment I saw him in the original trailer.

I thought Tobey was fine, but I do hate Hollywood's incessant need to have superheroes unmasked all the time in movies. It's like putting a ****ing face on Optimus Prime. As if people are going to decide half way through the movie that they don't know they're watching Ben Affleck or Tobey or whoever.

Lol, Tob's expressions were pretty bad, it looked like he was laughing when Uncle Ben died. Then he completely lost me at "If you punch me I bleed"

I look ugly as hell when I cry. I thought that looked real. I cry right alongside him in that scene.

I think a lot of the dialogue in SM1 and SM2 were cheesy as hell, but it's kind of what made the films as well. SM2 has the perfect amount of camp, and is one of my favorite films ever.

It's official, Michael Keaton playing the Vulture. Hope there is another villan.

You're not Spider-Man. SM should cry pretty.

Can't say I like this move. Don't know how this is going to work.

Spidey has some of the most recognizable and likable villains. I like the casting, but am indifferent to the character. Marvel has a knack for under-developed and "blah" bad guys. Hopefully they pull a Loki here.

The only bad thing about Spider-Man being a Marvel Films property now is that we'll never see Carnage.

I don't think Disney would want to include a serial killer that knows 9 million ways to kill a person.

Plus, ABC does have a show where people just be ripping hearts out (without blood of course, but still)
