Unless I missed if they are changing the "rules" of the show.

Speaking of ESPN actually cleaning house, they gotta re-do MNF next season. It was no doubt a mistake throwing Witten on prime time. He needs to sign with CBS/Fox and do the noon Jets vs Dolphins type games for a few years.

Only watched for a few minutes. That was Whitten? Brutal.

There's some speculation that Witten specifically has it in his contract that he only wants to be in a 2 man booth.

There's also speculation that ESPN is gonna blow it up again though they'll probably do some tinkering next season with this same crew but if the blowback is still strong there will definitely be changes. Honestly, Louis Riddick got the shaft in all this. He's the smartest and best analyst on that network by a country mile.

I can't take Tessitore. He's way too dramatic. Every third down conversation is like it's the super bowl

Was he always this over dramatic when he did college ball? I don't remember him being so over the top but I didn't see too many games he called.

Can they get rid of Steve Levy from CFB games? He makes me want to smash things with his weak *** sense of humor and ignorance that Griese always has to correct him on.

It's annoying how every time those two are on a Michigan game Levy has to make some dumb joke about Greise being the QB in 97, every single time

I would disagree IF Booger brought something unique to the table. You could do alot with a third analyst on the sidelines...gives another perspective on the game. McShay does a pretty good job with this.

Yeah, McShay (and a couple others) have revolutionized what it means to be a sideline reporter. The role is more than just being a reporter but not exactly an analyst in the strictest sense. Booger's role is to essentially do that but all he's done is provide hot air and wear snazzy clothes. ESPN has made the mistake of treating MNF as an entertainment property only rather than "gasp!" focusing on football.

It's a little "eh" to me as well. At least it isn't PTI with Tony and Wilbon's unending vacation time.

If Riddick once again fails to get a GM job in the NFL this offseason, I would love to see him in the booth. As is, he's the only reason I still watch the NFL Draft on ESPN.
