The salesman at Best Buy said that S.I. and K.O.T.N are about 60 hours on top of the original game of Oblivion! Anyway, does this game have an in game save at any point or do you need to complete a mission or ? any info would be appreciated, hope I can get to this game tonight.
There's an autosave feature and you can save pretty much anytime you want during the game.

Got aquestion for anyone thats really into this game.

Just started playing again recently and I was doing the unfriendly competition side quest. I got to the point were you in the burial monument, but when I was fight ting the two guys a guard came in and arrested me. I just want to know how to get back to that point now so I can complete that quest.

            Thanks in advance.

It's incredible. I'm not a big fan of RPG's, but this is fun no matter who you are. Look up some reviews and you can see why, but a couple of things off the top of my head:

HUGE world to explore as you please
TONS of missions/quests to do in this HUGE world
The people seem alive - they have conversations without you (sometimes leading to new quests if you overhear them), their facial expressions play a role in persuasion, etc...
BEAUTIFUL graphics, the first time you walk into the world from the opening dungeon, you'll be in awe...

I've had it for going on 3 years, and every once in a while I'll start a new game and play consistently for about 3 weeks. This game is the definition of lasting appeal.

                Just get it. NOW.

Length of gameplay alone is worth the purchase. The visuals and character stuff (weapons etc..) is very deep
I've had it since it's release and don't see ever getting rid of it. If you're not into RPG's then it's not. If you are it's a sure thing.

It's a computer RPG, so even if you don't like most console RPGs it's a good game. I'd consider it much closer to the style of Grand Theft Auto than I would something along the lines of Knights of the Old Republic or Final Fantasy.

I'd help but given the scope of the game, I've never even done that one.

Well, after months of not playing after 'finishing' my second playthrough, here I am again, back for a third go around with this beast. This has to be one of my top 3 favorite games of all time easily, as once I start, I literally can not put it down.

This time around, i'm starting off with all of the guilds and finishing them. Last time, I got to the drunk and disorderly quest in the fighters guild where I need ectoplasm and gave up. This time, come to find out, there are like six ghosts right across the street in the catacombs of the church, and I finished the quest in a heartbeat. Go figure.

                          Hail Oblivion!

If it weren't for CoD4, MLB 2K8 and soon GTA4 Id get back into this. Just no time for video games, as sad as that is.

I agree completely. Heck, I'm still playing NBA and Hoops 2k8 and I hardly play games anymore, with GTA IV coming up...

If Oblivion wasn't so hard to put down, I'd play it more.

Well I havent touched this game for a while and just put it back into my syastem about 3 days ago, now I cant seem not to play the damn thing. :P I remember why I played it like hell when I first got it...lol. The only reason I stoped playing it was because my 360 RROD on me for the first time. After that I never put the Oblivion back into my system. Also I played this game before I had live and I was so close to beating it on my offline profile but then I joined Live and made a new profile like a idiot instead of converting my offline one online. So I had to start over in my Online one and got turned off. But has anyone else played this game recently and cant seem to get enough of it?
