I hate to ask this given my bad luck with the 360...but...has anyone had any issues with the 360 freezing during the game?

I'm a big Deadpool fan as well. Used him in the legends game all the time. Currently I'm using Spiderman and will finish normal with him and than do hard with Deadpool.

              Re: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance

              Picked this game up yesterday.
It's really a lot of fun and it definitely has to do with the Marvel license.
Since I'm not much of a gamer of this type, I'm stuck already and it's probably so easy to figure out...but I can't figure it for the life of me!
I'm on the outside part of the OMEGA station. The helicopter comes and blows up part of the ship and blocks my path. How the heck do I get around the obstacle?!
I'm using Capt. America, Thor, Ironman and Wolverine/Mr. Fantastic(I'm switching....love his GIANT fist moves!(stop thinking those disgusting thoughts you pervs) if it matters.

                    Re: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance

In this game just pay attention for the little indicator bar to pop up on the button that says Press X to __________, that will usually move you past any puzzles. It will be push/pulling objects or picking up/placing an object. I thought the ease of the puzzles would hurt the game, but I find myself wanting to fly through them as fast as I can so get back to kicking butt. But if there is something that it says you can push/pull, you will have to in order to move past that room.

I'm not a huge comic, I used to collect them but only for trading purposes. But the game is great in that it gives you a ton of backstory on the characters. A nice feature for novice fans, it plays like a Marvel history lesson on top of the game. And it is very cool that you open up special dialogue sequences if you have the proper hero in your party to match up with villian. A couple of small touches that make the game much more enjoyable for me.

Worked like a charm. Thanks fellas
Any hints/tips(without spoilers...just gameplay) would be welcome.
I've just been rushing in hitting the punch/kick button and in my last battle I realized that those shielded guys were taking way too long to kill when I accidently hit X....it grabbed their shield...then I finally saw the GIANT A flashing and realized when I hit it...it would take their shield from them.

So any tips for the not so swift players(ME!) would be humbly taken and greatly appreciated!

Oh yeah...on my next level(I just defeated that big head guy) I'm taking the all girl squad out. Ms. Marvel,Fantastic 4 girl, Elektra and Spider Woman. It's my American League team.....they THINK they can whoop everyone else...but in the end they just don't have what it takes!

I just got back from my trip and picked up the 360 version and PSP version so all my impressions are for are the PSP version:

-Graphics and gameplay are similar to X-Men Legends 2 (not a bad thing) for PSP last year

-The first level was easy although I had fun with Fin Fang Foom

-Love the game as a comic fan - looking forward to goiving it a go on the 360 later on

                                I don't know....

It's a hell of a lot of fun though. I wound up having to FORCE myself to stop playing last night at around 2 A.M.

I kept getting stuck on the Captain America solo mission. Those friggin' bombs kept going off on me for some reason. I was hitting the buttons correctly(I thought)...so I don't know what gives.

The Thing is awesome in this game. He practically beat that Giant head guy(the guy with the acronym for a name who asks you the questions) by himself. Captain America and Ironman both got knocked out....so I as Thor just kept killing the guards(and in the process releasing energy and strength) and The Thing took care of BigHead for me.

                                I need hints!!!
