Upcoming DLC
We’re getting ready to start another year of DLC on the PS Store at the end of the month - we’ll have a better update next week. Again, thanks for your patience - we needed the rest over the holiday break. Also, we saw all your comments asking for the previously shown Killzone “Helghast” and Final Fantasy VII “Sephiroth” costumes. Don’t worry, it’s on its way…BTW…when does Killzone 2 come out?

Upcoming Updates
As mentioned last week, Mm is hard at work to continue to improve the online experience in 09. We’re testing the newest update now and will let you know more as we near release. Also, wanted to assure you that we didn’t forget about “Online Create Mode” and the Play / Create / Share counters – it’s on our list to “check off” (hopefully soon)

Maybe I can't find it and it probably has been asked ad nauseum so I apologize. But can anyone please tell me what ever happened to the God of War exclusive LEVEL we were supposed to get with Gamestop pre-orders? The code unlocked the outfits and such but no level, at least not one that I can find anywhere.

Good times on the LBP games tonight Squeak and Kev. Hopefully Kev got some prizes he wouldn't have otherwise been able to get, and I hope you guys enjoyed the MGS stuff. Kinda surprised it let us do that, since you guys didn't have the DLC. How was the lag on those levels? When I've joined other games there's always been a visual lag between when you shoot and when the shot comes out, and since I was hosting I couldn't really tell.

Gonna take awhile to wash all that paint off old sack-Snake.

I didn't see any lag, I do have the MGS DLC though, not sure about Squeak though. Sorry I had to suddenly bail, but let's do it again soon.

There were definitely some times where shots didn't come out when I expected it to, namely in the REX battle... it also got confusing because our paintballs were the same color... I didn't check to see if that was changeable via the popit bubble menu. But as for the levels themselves, it worked just as well as any other online level!

For those who haven't tried, I saw that the MGS related trophies aren't awarded if you're leeching the level off of another host (I don't own the levels). I should have at least gotten the defeat REX trophy in that run with bcruise, but no dice.

Fun times though, thanks kev and bcruise!

I found an awesome community level while playing tonight. It's called "Maxed Out" by Qugz. It could use a little help with the artistic side (not much of a theme to it), but the mechanics and contraptions used are genius.

I really wish I could come up with stuff like that.

Speaking of which, has anyone in the OS community published a decent level? I already started building a thing based on The Price is Right's Plinko game but I realize it's going nowhere haha.

LOL that's awesome. You should keep at it, that's a pretty good idea.

I started to make a Christmas Tree-themed level before the holidays but never finished it. Now I'm trying to find inspiration for a new level.

Yeah actually I turned the Plinko game into a death trap, with the center jackpot slot being the only way to get out alive... I guess I was inspired by a viewing of Saw V late last night ... I ended up publishing it a few minutes ago so go ahead and give it a try. Be warned though, this level kinda sucks.

Whew...Just finished the story mode and am now looking to collect some trophies.

If any OS'ers wants to help me get the celebrity trophy you could heart me (my psn is gmerger). I am looking at the rest of the trophies I have to get and they all seem very long and rather hard, especially the ones that require you being hearted or your level being played.

Anyone on here got any cool levels I should check out? I only built one so far and it was made to get the user the hi score, and multiplier trophies.

Picked up 23 trophies on this game just over the course of yesterday and today, its a pretty fun game and I forgot how addicting trophies/achievements can be. Anyone feel free to heart me so I can pick up the Silver Celebrity trophy, and if anyone needs this from myself then let me know as well, thanks.

Is anyone else trying to get 100% on each level? I was stuck on the Mines for what seemed like forever trying to run through it without dying once, finally did it but Im not sure it was worth the time it took to do it. So far Ive gotten 100% on everything up to the final level with the boss battle in the canyons, fun game but the controls are starting to irritate me a tad.
