Re: Fallout 3
Me too. I finally did the Blood Ties one. Back to exploring. It will be forever until I'm done. I still don't want to stop playing every night but I have to force myself.PSN: JISTIC_OS

Re: Fallout 3
I am avoiding the main story like crazy (just like oblivion), but I've also been exploring, and while exploring is satisfying to find these crazy places (drunk russian guy in the mansion anyone!), I actually skipped over a main quest by accident. The 'footsteps' quest was replaced by another one --- I believe you're asked to go to a radio station or something like that, and I never did, but I spoke to a certain character that had some info on the father and it opened up a new quest.
I suppose I could have not selected conversation trees that were about the father, I'm not sure... The thing is, I hope I only skipped over one main quest instead of a small chain of them.
In anycase I'm 25 hours In and think this is the best game this generation.Liquor in the front, poker in the rear.Comment

Be careful though...

Re: Fallout 3
At least I know i'll go through again as a total evil person, and at that point will do mostly central story quests.
Next time I play I'm going straight to the radio station to check it out.Liquor in the front, poker in the rear.Comment

Re: Fallout 3
As I get further into it, I no longer have to run away from everything scary and I'm having even more fun. There are still a few things that make me run, but it's a blast to stroll into a bandit camp of 3 or 4 and take care of business in VATS before any of them know what's going on.Comment

Re: Fallout 3
wow, ...it's true. Do you think or know that it was only one quest we skipped?

Re: Fallout 3
Why not save it for a new play through which helps with the replay fun...
I'm just going with the flow and playing. If I find something then fine. As I replay it the next time I'll have new things to doLast edited by Skyboxer; 11-03-2008, 01:16 PM.Joshua:

Re: Fallout 3
Because once you go to Rivet City and talk to the doctor, the Galaxy News Radio is replaced with Scientific Pursuits. Thats means that in your Quest Que Galaxy News Radio is not there and it no longer has the directions to how to do the quest.PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os

Re: Fallout 3
Ok. So that would be a quest you can do the second playthough unless you're trying to get all missions played in one play through. I'd tell you in a spoiler but I can't remember. I can tell you tonight though if no one get's it posted.Joshua:
