Yep, I just hope it's the entire campaign, and not just bits and pieces. I've actually heard nothing about co-op, aside from the fact that it's 4 player co-op.

You can play 4 player co-op for the entire campaign. The only thing you won't see is the two Elite characters in the cutscenes. Also, if anybody is wondering how dying will be handled while playing co-op. You will re-spawn when it's "safe". If you all die in an encounter than you will just restart from the last checkpoint. 4 player co-op on Legendary is going to be all kinds of fun.

Multiplayer is what I was most excited for, but the videos of Tsavo Highway and impressions of a couple other missions have changed that.

Halo was the first co-op game my wife and I played together. We ran through the entire campaign...getting upset with each other and calling it a night because we were upset with each other.

She coined the phrase "Halo Hand." One Saturday, we were playing and she dropped her controller to the floor and cried out.."I have a cramp.....I have Halo Hand!"

I want to get one of those Halo 3 Customized Controllers. Bad *** controllers, but $60? Too much. I want one though.

I am getting both of them..... Man o Man I hope you meet the spartans from Ghost of Onix. I have a pretty good feeling that you will. Since the Spartan III's armor is in the game for customization purposes.

Halo 3: Welcome to Isolation
Check out one of the new multiplayer maps in Halo 3, sure to separate the men from the Spartans.

IGN: There's an interesting thing that happens when you play Isolation for a while, correct?

Green: There is, but I don't want to spoil it.

IGN: With The Forge, people can create their own take on Isolation. Can you recommend any alterations that would make things even more interesting?

Green: With a small group of players, it's worth using the Forge to set up a vehicle gametype like Rocket Race, or even just a Ghost showdown. And by blocking off some of the entrances to a base and grouping the weapons in there, Isolation makes for a terrifying Infection map.

IGN: If you could compare Isolation to a previous Halo map, which would you say it is most like and why?

Green: In some ways, it draws off the original intentions for Midship, as a symmetric map built for CTF, with lines of sight that allow a defender to participate in the capture of an enemy flag without abandoning his post. Combat on the upper surface of the map has a flavor similar to Burial Mounds, though—or at least, the more cover rich areas of Burial Mounds. Size wise, it's closer to Midship than Burial Mounds, but it lives somewhere in that range.

The end video of Halo 3 has been leaked on the internets.

I have no interest in getting the game, but I checked out the video.

I imagine if you're a hardcore fan, it would be a smart move to avoid the internets until you beat the game. I'm sure there are going to be a lot of jackasses going out of their way to spoil the ending on various message boards.

I also just pre-ordered today. Going with some friends to an EB which should be decent fun. Ordered a while ago through liongames and got the limited edition for I think it was $50 when they were running the special so hopefully the whole swap the online order works when I get it.
