I don't like the acog scope. I feel when I am looking in it, I can't see to my sides very well. I prefer the red dot. Really like the m16 with red dot, silencer and uav jammer.

How are you using the red dot and silencer?

Heelfan = the ultimate stealth man. Jammer and silencer.

Someone told me you can only have a scope or the silencer and not both. Guess they were wrong.

You can't, you can only use one of the two.

you can't, I made a mistake. I have 2 m16 combo's. One with silencer, uav jammer, double tap.. And one with red dot.

Im on the mission where you go down into where one of the missle silos are and you have 10 mins. I keep dieing at random parts, mainly cause I try and hurry through thinking time will run out. Am I pretty close to the end of the game? This game, while frustrating sometimes, is by far the best single player experience I have ever played. Just incredible.

Yeah. That level was a bitch though especially since checkpoints were random. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't.

I passed the level with plenty of time left on Veteran. Ignore the timer and don't rush too much. What part are you stuck one?

I'm at the checkpoint where we are all start off in the bathrooms. That is another thing I noticed throughout the game, the checkpoints worked sometimes, sometimes they didn't.

Your close. You need to get to the bomb shelter door and get through. My craziness was the stand off back at the ferris wheel. I had nightmares during my sleep regarding the enemy advancing on me.

Not gonna lie. I went and took cover in one of the booths till the assault was over.

I did the youtube video strategy. I can't image that on Veteran.

As for the bomb shelter one, I think the checkpoints work if you get to the checkpoint with a certain amount of time on the clock. I had to actually restart that level because I would get to the wall, but only have like 10-20 seconds left - that was enough, but giving myself a minute or two made things a lot easier (and safer) for me. The part where you have to go through the missile silos was a bitch at first, but the grenade launcher helped a lot.

Thanks for the tips guys. I decided to make a quick COD 4 wallpaper, I'm gonna send it to charlieoscardelta.com and see if they wanna use it. Let me know what you think.

lol, you can do that? It was fun and frantic, but went on a little too long. I was trying to shoot the helicopters down with my gun by shooting under the rotors.
