So devastated by the fact that I've got an easy summer load (nothing for 3 weeks) and my Vaio doesn't have a graphics card that can play this.

So, I thought about why I didn't like Diablo II back when it came out. Basically, I wasn't into action RPG's as much as I am now. Twelve years is a long-*** time, and my gaming horizons have broadened considerably since then. I'm willing to give it another chance, plus if I can actually make even a little bit of real money (or credit towards buying say, Heart of the Swarm or a D3 expansion) all the better.

Oh, and I'm a complete sucker for nearly all things Blizzard. That matters too.

So to sum it all up, I've been looking at this sitting on my hard drive with anticipation since yesterday:

You guys don't think much changed graphically from the beta do you? My computer was able to run it on low fairly well with some minor hiccuping with lots of baddies on the screen.

Any chance the game will actually run BETTER in the full version?

"We will be unlocking the game's installer at 8:01 a.m. PDT on May 14. This will allow you to begin installing the game, troubleshoot any issues you run into, download and install the launch day 1.0.1 patch, and be ready to play as soon as the servers come online."

So I guess in a few hours I'll get home from work, start the download and updates and then when my disc arrives tomorrow I'll just have to enter in my CD key. Sounds good to me.

unless you got the collectors edition coming, in which case you cannot do that stuff early..
