Right now its between the Wizard or Monk for me. Only class I haven't tried is the Barbarian but I have no desire for that playstyle.

So glad it runs on my desktop. I'm able to run it on high without shadows and with lower textures and such, but there is still a little slowdown when a big group of baddies is on screen. Looks like i'll just drop it to low. Not like I play these types of games for the graphics anyways.

I finished the Beta on a solo run with my Demon Hunter. It was pretty fun although the normal difficulty setting seems a bit easy compared to how I remember Diablo 2.

I'll probably wait for reviews to come before purchasing the game. As much as I like it, I'm not getting that "I have to have this from day one!" feeling.

I just beat it using a Demon Hunter, man oh man, I LOVE this game, it's just like I remember Diablo 2 being and I remember now why it's my favorite PC game of all time.

As for it being easy, the devs admitted they made it a bit easier than Diablo 2 on the normal level, they say that once you beat it then the next level opens up and it's much more difficult.

For those of you playing online with buddies, did you use voice chat, if so is there something in the game itself to use or do you use a windows program to chat via a microphone? If so, what program?

Hopefully i can budget in a new PC when this comes out...Diablo 2 had me playing nothing but that game for 2 years straight. i

Sounds like WoW to me so I'll believe it when I see it when they talk about actual difficulty. If that was a "bit easier" then that scares me because it literally takes nothing to go through and just AOE

They said they made normal a little easier however they have a difficulty that's after hell, O_o....

The beta was on the easiest level, there are two levels above that. Also, if you're really hardcore you can play the mode where once your character dies ONCE then he's dead for good. Personally I think the difficulty was fine, not everyone is super-duper mega game gods like the people here on OS

There's actually 3 above it (nightmare, hell, and inferno). A developer even said when asked about inferno that "you will die in inferno". The beta was meant to stress test their servers. And anyone that has ever played any of the previous diablos knows how easy the first 13 levels are and how overpowered some classes may seem early on.

I'm just worried that they might change it if alot of people complain about how hard inferno is.

I doubt it, Blizzard has never really been a company to knee jerk things, if anything quite the opposite.

Maybe, but they are known to cater to people who complain about content being too hard. That's just me speaking from experience in WoW.
