Stupid Blizzard is doing it to me again. I wasn't big on the Beta, but as I understand it, it was on the easiest level. After reading that the difficulties do scale and are challenging, I am sucked back into getting this on day 1.

They did this to me on Starcraft (I am a crappy Starcraft player) and still am and I knew I shouldn't have purchased it. They did it on World of Warcraft and the other Warcraft games as well.

When this game drops we need to set up an OS group. I plan on playing nonstop that weekend and would like to play with familiar faces who are passionate about the game instead of randoms. I already set up my battletag (same as my name here) so if anyones interested add me.

BTW - there is a # and four numbers after my battle.tag on the website, what are those numbers for, anyone know?

I think we add in game (not sure though). When the game releases it'll be easy to find out how to add someone.

do you use something to speak with? any chance you have Xbox Live as we could always use that... if your xbox is in the same area anyways (mine is)

Well the CPU I'm building won't be ready for a bit due to funds however I and helping my friend pay his D3 off in exchange for a custody plan for his laptop. Lmfao. :P

Can anyone explain how MP Works? Is it basically SIngle player with Bros as CoOP?

In single player, can you recruit NPC to fight alongside you?

Never played D2, but juts picked up a new Quad Core MBP with With a decent Video card, and this looks pretty fun.

The coop is like drop in/drop out single player. The great thing is that monsters are increasingly tougher as more players enter.

You can also hire 'Followers' which are AI teammates that you hire (and can equip) to fight with you.

There will also be a player-vs-player mode added on later for player duels.

And in addition to hiring people to adventure with you there will be some occasions where you do something for people and they will adventure with you for free.

You guys could just chat on Steam, that way you are already hooked up to your computer with headphones/mic on.
