My thoughts exactly. Lost was really cool, but TBoGT just offered alot more and had a better story. All in all I'm really glad these episodes came to the PS3, woulda been a shame not to get the full GTA4 experience.

Absolutely. I wish Rockstar would release another 'Episodes' with Little Jacob as the main character. Doing missions for Badman and the Jamaicans would be so cool.

I've been playing this game a little differently this time around to change it up for my trophies run.

First, I am not car jacking anyone. Unless I am chasing someone or I really need to get away. If I need a car, I can only steal parked ones.

Second, I am trying not to kill innocents. Including avoiding running anyone over, or shooting anyone.

Third, try not to unnecessarily break the law. I even got to pay toll.

I just got to the second island with these self imposed rules. I'll see how long it will last.

BTW, I am hearing some random things from NPC's that I never heard before. Kinda cool.

How long you guys think it will be before we hear anything on the next installment?

Do you guys thing it will be GTA V, or it will be like GTA: Vice City or something to that effect?

I believe that Irish guy Packie may be in the next installment based on the scene when the credits are rolling right?

I was actually just thinking about this yesterday.

Anyways, I think/hope we'll hear something soon, like at E3. Hopefully a video too and not just an announcement.

I think it will be GTA V and not GTA: Vice City because I just don't see them re-doing exactly what they did on PS2 with GTA III, Vice City and then San Andreas. I think they're going to do something new and fresh. Just don't know what.

Just a random story from when I was playing last night...

I was just walking down the street, minding my own business(well actually I was looking for a good car to jack) when some chick runs by, getting chased by a cop. He shoots her down pretty quickly. Ok, life goes on..

Sure enough the paramedics show up and revive her.
As she gets up and limps towards the ambulance, she says one of the funniest things I've ever heard an NPC say, "Now I can have some ice cream!" It was the first thing she said when she came back to life.
right...that's the first thing I want when I come back to life, ICE CREAM!!!
Gave me a good laugh.

The pedestrian audio is my favorite part about this game. Almost all of it is laugh-out-loud funny, and the variety is insane... I'm still hearing new stuff all the time.

Sometimes that would happen in San Andreas too, cops gunning down peds or motorists. I love Rockstar.

The Cell Phone Conversations the NPCs have are hilarious as well.

Probably won't happen, but what if the GTA series used the map from Red Dead Redemption, but made it modernized. We get to play the same map, but in a modern day mask. So no more wide open deserts, we'll now see cities similar to what las Vegas has done in the desert.

I would think that would be pretty awesome honestly. Imagine heading up to Tall Trees in the 1970's and seeing how its changed since 1911(RDR).

Yes they are. Love to hear some of the phone conversations they have, they're great. I've been done with the story for a long time, but I just keep playing messing around.

My only wish is that they would've included a code to turn off the police completely, and then shootouts with random pedestrians or causing havok around the city would be a lot more fun.

I sometimes play multiplayer free roam for this (though some things are still different), but I agree that a code like that would be sweet, though I may abuse it far too often.

Rockstar I don't think would announce a new GTA at E3. It's so big I think they give its own day to talk about it. It's been just over 2 years now since GTA4 came out. I say another installment comes out in the next 12-18 months.
