Re: Rock Band 2
Not at all, it pisses me off that you can't mute the singer. I didn't know you can't do that for this game... that means you're hearing two voices? IMO that's insane! I wasn't being sarcastic, I'm being serious. They really need to address that next time around, because it's not really the same kind of "karaoke" if you're just singing over somebody else.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: Rock Band 2
Alright, so tomorrow I'm getting back to my dorm a day early, so there will be absolutely no one around or nothing to do. Sooo, I'm going to tackle the Endless Setlist 2 without pausing. I get around 12, so I'll eat some lunch, go to the bathroom, and spend 6 straight hours playing. Going to be a fun time.Xbox Live Gamertag: MizzouBrentComment

Re: Rock Band 2
Whoa whoa whoa... wait a minute!
Do you mean to say if you're singing, you can't remove the vocals of the song? What the hell, man? That's not good, you mean the singer needs to "sing with" the lead singer, or perhaps try and drown them out?
Oh yes, you are so right... there must be an option for that next time.
Good luck, Windseer. You've got some pretty good scores. I'm lagging behind because I've been doing mostly vocals and drums when I've been playing. Last I checked, I was actually top 700 in many songs on vocals, which for me is like dunking between my legs, haha!Comment

Re: Rock Band 2
You can remove the vocals, unless they are background vocals. You can mute every part that you can sing though. If you wanted to play a song without vocals and without singing, you could put on No Fail mode, mute the vocal track and just play through the instrumental, with only occasional background vocals chiming in.
Can you mute any other separate instruments, or are there slider bars of any sort? That would be great to, say, up the drums if I wanted to or something like that.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
