From a business standpoint, Harmonix knows their ****.

Right before Christmas, tons of people are trying to decide between GHWT and Rock Band.

By going three straight weeks with Naked Brothers/Miranda Cosgrove, No Doubt, and the Country Pack you are reaching out to audiences with kids, females and country lovers.

When parents with children see those songs, they are going to be more likely to buy Rock Band than GHWT. Same could be said for fans of country music that had yet to get either game.

Just very smart business by releasing this right before Christmas.

Nice to have a new genre but as usual with RB they get one thing right and another wrong.

Downloaded the Naked Brothers songs for my son today. He had a huge smile on his face the whole time we were playing them, so it was worth it.

To be honest, they were pretty fun songs, so I'll have no problem when they show up on random song sets or whatever. I'm probably just used to them though.

Shoot. That stinks. Ahh well, it sounds like most everything else is similar. I'll just have to hope they have some good DLC.

Very excited for the country pack.

I am as well. I very much love a variety of music anyways, and this is something different I'm sure I'll enjoy playing.

I just wish there had been some Keith Urban and Rascall Flatts.
