I felt like they've atleast represented every genre in some fashion. Whether you like a band within that genre is one thing but it's out there.

I think 2009 will be superb for DLC. I mean, we're not even there yet and already have a huge album like Ten being announced.

Toys R Us has RB2 (PS3/360)on sale this week for $105 plus you get a $25 gift card. Its the complete set with Mic, Drums and Guitar.

I think CS is more of a screamo/post-hardcore type of guy actually. Stuff like Alexisonfire, Underoath, etc.

Ten is one of my favorite albums of all time, every song is truly awesome, cannot wait.

Sorry to break up the intense "Ten" topic, but does anyone find themselves just dropping a drum stick every now and then (or a lot)?

I can't go 5 or 6 songs without dropping a stick (usually my left hand) on the floor and proceed to go into a mad scramble and panic to pick it and find myself barely staying alive in the song.

Just wondering. I laugh at myself everytime I do that. Yet, I also get ticked at the same time.

I'm just getting back into this game and having a lot of fun again. Great entertainment!

I don't think I'd buy any RA. Not a fan anyways (besides Give It All) and I simply can't support a band who boldly supports such an annoying group of people. (PETA)

It wouldn't be so bad but they actually let that affect their lyrics and just no thanks.

That's a price mistake and an e-mail went out to all managers to post flyers about the mistake. They aren't honoring the price (or at least aren't supposed to).

That deal is for the RB1 SE.

From everything I saw on the Rock Band forums, they were honoring those that brought the coupon in.

I think it would vary from store to store.

I went to Toys R Us Sunday morning and picked up RB2 and the gift cardfor the $109. Maybe something changed between now and then though.

Yeah thats exactly it for the most part. I mean I'm 20 years old and I never really got into music until I was around 13-15, maybe even later. The music I always listened to was like Blink 182, Green Day, New Found Glory and stuff along those lines. Now I listen to stuff like Silverstein, The Devil Wears Prada, A Day To Remember and such. I never really got the interest to go back and listen to bands that were around before I developed an interest in music. Should I? Oh, of course I should... but I'm lazy and end up not caring.

I think they could pull in some decent money by focusing on some more of that type of music. There are some Bayside songs that would be incredible in this game, but I don't know if they will ever even be thought of to be DLC.

Now I think they have done a good job with DLC, and I have downloaded a decent amount of stuff myself. I just would like more of the music I listen to. Release a full CD that didn't come out more than 10 years ago, hahaha.

Also, I don't wanna make it seem like I am bashing anyone else's taste in music. I enjoy a decent amount of the music that they put up, but its not stuff that I would listen to outside the game.

Sorry if I rambled or didn't make any sense, haha. Hopefully I kinda cleared up what I meant in my original post.

EDIT- I listen to Metal stuff too. Parkway Drive, All That Remains (I know they are in as DLC and I love those songs , The Human Abstract. Which has been represented a little also.
