I must be one of the few that is not excited at all about a Pearl Jam album.

Probably because I'm one of the few that finds them one of the most overrated bands of all time and absolutely hate Eddie Vetter's voice.

I agree, but Ten was their best album and if they were going to release a PJ album it may as well be this one. Alive, Jeremy, and Even Flow should be decent enough on RB.

I wonder if Yellow Ledbetter will be an available track? That one should be fun to try to sing. [/sarcasm]

True enough. Although, "Alive" is already on the Rock Band 2 disc, so that lowers the list down to Even Flow and Jeremy. I may download Even Flow, but I have no interest in any of the other songs.

No I am with you. I think EA and Harmonix need to do some research on who is buying there game and what music appeals to them.

All my friends play this game and listen to similar music as me. And to be honest, they haven't tapped into my wallet the way they could. Same goes for the people I know that play this game.

I understand people like the music they are putting up, but it generally is older music or new bands that i have zero interest in.

You act like they are throwing ridiculous, no-name albums out there in hopes someone might be them.

If you think that Ten won't be one of the biggest selling albums released to date, you're sadly mistaken.

Personally I'm glad that HMX is focusing on releasing albums of the older stuff before releasing full albums of any new bands. Trying to release something like that would sell much less than something like "Ten".

In the end, you can't please everyone. It simply won't happen. But releasing something this big will please more people than it won't.

The way CS phrased it might have been a little off, but there is no doubt that Harmonix is skipping someone. I'm very curious as to who though, because they have filled MY belly quite nicely. As a guitar music fan, most of the kinds of music I like is already on the game. Until the SVR announcement, I saw a lack of blues, but at this point, I'm really curious as to who is being completely left out.
