Sorry to break up the intense "Ten" topic, but does anyone find themselves just dropping a drum stick every now and then (or a lot)?

I can't go 5 or 6 songs without dropping a stick (usually my left hand) on the floor and proceed to go into a mad scramble and panic to pick it and find myself barely staying alive in the song.

Just wondering. I laugh at myself everytime I do that. Yet, I also get ticked at the same time.

I'm just getting back into this game and having a lot of fun again. Great entertainment!

You might be holding the stick too loosely or incorrectly. I made a post in this thread a long time ago about how I hold the sticks (I've played actual drums since I was about 13). I could dry to dig it up if you want.

I went to Toys R Us Sunday morning and picked up RB2 and the gift cardfor the $109. Maybe something changed between now and then though.

I called this morning at our local store and they said they already sold out. I called Wally World and asked if they priced match Toys R Us. CS said yes they do.

My wife said they were thinking about not giving it to her because it was a huge price difference from $189.00. My wife didn't back down, she said we already called and CS said you price match Toy R Us.

She came out of the store with it. Thank you Toys R Us.

That's a price mistake and an e-mail went out to all managers to post flyers about the mistake. They aren't honoring the price (or at least aren't supposed to).

That deal is for the RB1 SE.

Toys R Us was honoring it Sunday, but sold out. So I took the ad to Wal-Mart and they price matched with no problem.

Goth,rap,reggae,funk,jazz,blues,60's,country (5 songs still counts as neglected),not exactly much industrial,various genres of punk...so yes they're missing some stuff or stuff there could be more of.

Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy, Inkubus Sukkubus are a few real goth bands. Mainstream bands that have been called goth are Marilyn Manson, early Nine Inch Nails, the Cure, Depeche Mode.

I think that's the most suprising omission. There's a section for it in the rock shop but there's not a single song there. It's not like the songs aren't available either,I'm sure in the case of jazz/blues they don't have BB King,Muddy Waters and John Lee Hooker masters just laying around but goth isn't even that old of a genre.

Sorry if I rambled or didn't make any sense, haha. Hopefully I kinda cleared up what I meant in my original post.

EDIT- I listen to Metal stuff too. Parkway Drive, All That Remains (I know they are in as DLC and I love those songs , The Human Abstract. Which has been represented a little also.

I think I got your meaning from the beginning. The main issue is time. The way I look at it, if they put out BTBAM, that means everything with a master will be represented eventually. Metal is very instrument based, so it's a less poppy genre that is easy to represent in this game, because metal fans are pretty vocal and interested in Rock Band. For all of the pop stuff, it's a matter of priority. Ten is HUGE, and will make everyone involved in RB millions of dollars.

They'll have more screamo, post hardcore, punk and pop punk soon, I'm pretty sure. There is a general pattern to the way they are getting DLC and I think your stuff is on the way.

Stuff like Jazz is harder, because while it has its base, that base doesn't tend to play video games. On top of that, you're talking about DLC that would be some of the hardest songs in the game, so even in game form it's less accessible.

Honestly, those 5 songs were some of the best money I've spent so far. If you mainly play guitar, it's a must buy honestly just because of how fun they are. Much like the GD pack.
