Well with the code you get a point in which you can TRY to get DLC, Xbox 360, RB2 bundle, or other stuff. It doesn't guarantee a win but since few know about it (the only mention of Rock Band at all on the bottle is on the top of the cap), you're pretty much a lock right now to win a free song.

If you win, you go to the song list to get a free code. They will give you a code to redeem via Xbox Marketplace for the song you picked.

It's fairly easy.

They had 20 oz. Pepsi bottles on sale for 2 for $2.00 at my corner store so I bought 2 just to see what would happen. I won a free Pepsi with my first cap and entered the code on the second one and won a free song. So far I've spent two bucks and I have gotten myself a free song, 3 20 oz. Pepsis and a crack at another song when I go back to the corner to pick up my free one. Not a bad promotion at all, I must say. Thanks again, Eli, I would have never noticed this promotion as it is only labeled on the top of the cap and I normally drink Dr. Pepper anyway.

Nice, what song do you plan on getting?

With the 12 that I won yesterday, I got the rest of Chinese Democracy as well as Ocean Sized by Janes Addiction.

I think I'm down to 61 songs that I don't own that's on their list.

No idea yet, I've got less than 15 songs downloaded so far. I never owned Rock Band 1, so the Rock Band 2 songs (including the 20 bonus tracks) and the Rock Band 1 songs I imported from my cousin's copy have pretty much been enough for me. I've only downloaded about 15 songs, if that, so there's a ton more than I want to eventually get. I think I will go through the whole list with my friends and make a list of all the ones we really want. And then start knocking them out one by one. I'm definitely going to be drinking at least two Pepsis a week for the summer.

I'm thinking I will finish out Chinese Democracy too with my caps. There is nothing on the list I absolutely have to have because if that was the case I'd already have it. There is some stuff from just a few weeks ago on the list, so maybe they will update it some over the next few weeks.

Won a song with my first cap. Hopefully this lists gets updates. I was thinking if apparently not that many people are playing this, it shouldn't be that hard to win the Rock Band 2 bundle, especially since the site says there giving one away every hour.
