I want this (eventually), and LBP2, so gonna grab it at Best Buy on PS3...though not really sure when I'll open it, dont' want to start the trial before I'll really have time to play.

I'll go on Birthright whenever I do figure it all out (GF moving in, gotta figure out gaming room and all that jazz lol)

Well so far, the only two I have on my hero list is Ruckuus and Perceptor.

You must have a character for Birthright for PVE

Well I was going to pick it up guys and atleast try the free trial however my CPU speed is not fast enough.

Im at 2.1 GHz and the mininum is 2.4+ GHz.....

Welcome to modern PC gaming. Damn near every big name game that came out last year and this year requires a very high cpu close to or above 3 GHZ.

Even my wife's dual core can't run modern games because of her cpu speed is only 2 GHZ. It fails the speed requirement every time.

I would much rather do that (if they don't fix in game chat), I have a question about Ventrilo since I played EQ before it was ever out. I was used to typing.

Is it free? Link to DL the software for it? I'd love to be able to use my TB headset over the cheap wired usb PS3 one I bought.

The vent client itself is free to download and use. Just get it off the Ventrilo website.

Someone has to host it though. I think there is a way to have a free server, but I haven't looked into in it a long time.


Teamspeak has the same options too. My guild from another game used to run a free teamspeak server.



One thing I love about this game...A few levels difference isn't necessarily going to completely handicap you in pvp. I was running around on my lvl5 last night and killing level 7s and 8s, and a few lowbies can take down a higher level toon. I always hate that so many MMOs out there would rather combat be based off of levels and gear rather than skill and the rock/paper/scissors matchups that are classes.

I have not logged on to check if I have an invite, maybe it needs to be put through in game e mail? Dunno, either way OSU, you can just let us know ahead of time around when you will be on and I'll log in then.

BTW OSU you can in game add friends with /friend (character name)

Created a Nature/Acrobat/Bow healer on Birthright: Liselle

Only got through the intro section (off the ship) cause the game took forever to install once I got past the first big chunk. That 2nd 2 GB took a long time.
