Very much worth the couple of hours it took for the train to arrive. Pretty shocking.
I did the same, but the train took so long I said the hell with it and put a hole in his head.

Possibly...it was around 5pm though. The guy was there, so I should have been able to pay it off.
Doesn't matter though, I paid it off. I'm good to go

When you have a bounty, do you find yourself being pursued fairly often?

Also, how many of you guys are playing with auto-aim off?
        Now, more than ever

In the future I would use the Pardon letter (assuming you didn't this time) especially if you're trying to be honorable.

I currently have 3 pardon letters and have used 2 the few times I accidentally shot the wrong guy while riding around. I ran into 2 lawmen chasing down a bandit and I thought the lawmen were the bad guys lol. But yeah you should have plenty of pardon letters and they're basically a get out of jail free card.

Does anybody know where the best place to get foxes and raccoons is? I need 5 each for the hunter quest.

Also, is it possible to get up to the Tall Trees area early in the game for Bear hunting or do I need to wait until the story takes me there. It seems like you can only get there by ferry but I haven't really tried going there myself. I'm currently down in Mexico and I'm not even sure if I can get back to New Austin anyway.

I'm playing with auto aim off and it is great. Auto aim on is just too easy for me, but auto aim off gives me a good challenge.

And I love how you can pay off witnesses or just kill them.

Maybe it's because I have a journalism degree, but I thought it was particularly awesome being able to buy and read the town newspaper, which included articles titled "Tobacco Fights Tuberculosis" and "An Orgy of Telephones."

The higher the bounty, the more guys that pursue you. When you have a bounty you will be pursued but you can do like in GTA where you could get out of their line of sight and all that.
You still have to pay up though unless you want to die.

I love being chased by bandits, and I draw them to a cliff, to which I stop my horse and face them, they keep on chasing me, and end up having their horses run straight off the cliff.

How do you duel? The first one I did I accidentally skipped the tutorial and somehow won still but just had another duel and had no idea what I was doing.

Anyone know how? I'm on PS3 by the way.

Go to options and turn aim to expert and it will turn auto aim off. Normal or causal auto aim is on.

When you see the word "DRAW" Press the draw button (L2 on 360) as quickly as possible and then move your crosshair up and paint the targets and press the shoot button (R2 on 360) where you want to fire. If you're going for a good guy, it's best to shoot him in the gun armor instead of killing him.

Online is confusing me. the menus seem so clunky. is there no ranked games anymore or unranked. randomly joining free roam is a no no.. invisible players among other issues. A ton of crazy objectives/ rank increases that are hard as hell to do when you have many others attacking you

SP on the other hand, appears perfect for my liking.

Add me as a friend whoever has XBL if they want to build up their experience.
