just beat this game last night.......

im not into westerns but after hearing everyone tell me i should play it I got one of my ladies to buy it for me and im glad i did. Rockstar did an excellent job with this game. very polished all-around and it made me feel like i was really in the old west.

the story was very well written. at first i was annoyed by herding cattle but after awhile i got the hang of it and it wasnt so bad. now to the ending....

when i opened the barn door, i was like damn i cant dead eye all these people?!!! lol when they killed John i was literally sitting in front of my tv with my mouth open. i was shocked!!!! why?? its not supposed to end like this??!! i cant die!

needless to say i never wanted revenge so bad in my life so when they let u play as Jack Marston i was ecstatic. i went straight to Blackwater to look for Ross and to my surprise i came up on the right question mark. went to his wife's house then went to the river. aimed right for that bastards face and dumped all 8 shots on his ***!!

ONE OF THE BEST ENDINGS EVER!!!

really enjoyed this game and i thought i wouldnt. great job Rockstar!!

The thing is, I do not know how I received it?!?!

I mean, I just signed up for the social club after all this time recently, that is the only thing I can think of.

Oh jeez undead overrun is tough with just 2 people. My friend and I died on round 10. Those little fast crawling guys are the worst!

Deleting everything and re-installing worked, so if anyone else runs into this freeze, there ya go.

Having the same problem (PS3). Every time I get near the nuns the game freezes. Tried all the listed workarounds with the exception of deleting the data. Going to try that route next.

Another thing to try (a friend of mine suceeded in doing this) is to when you see Las Hermanas on the Horizon, slow down and proceed slowly toward the Mission and then when you're in walking distance, dismount and walk (don't run) up to Mother Superior.

I am loving the Undead Overrun mission. My only complaint is that you get so little xp for it.

So far the longest my group has stayed alive is 35 waves and 40 minutes.

Did you continue with Jack to finish up the game, or did you get all you could with John then do the ending missions? I ask because I currently am with John and finished my first mission with Jack and got the cattle from MacFarlane's Ranch and now I can not change his outfit (I didnt know you would be stuck with it) ... so I was wondering when you use Jack, does it continue with all the stuff like it was John (same hunting level, etc? and can I still do more Stranger Missions?)

I continued with Jack but kept a spare save before I ended the main story line j.i.c. But I never had to go back to that save.

You can still do Stranger missions. Except one that doesn't count toward 100% anyway. "I know you" or something like that. I ended up finishing 5-6 of them. And I also ended up using Jack to finish all the challenges that John had started.

FYI I got stuck at 99.5% but found out I had to complete all US hideouts in one 24 hour period (Gametime) to get the last outfit. Also, one bugger of a scrap to get one of the outfits is to capture a bandito alive in mexico. Took me forever to get bandito wanted posters to spawn. any other ?'s hit me up.

I am stuck in Tall Trees, I have killed 3 sasquatch but can not find the last 3 i need to kill, I was home yesterday from work so i spent about 10 hours walking around trying to find them, am i missing something? any help you guys have would be appreciated

If you check your map you'll see the areas you need to find them at highlighted after each one you find.

The strange part is once I kill the 3rd one, all the markings go away on my map, I dont know if its a glitch or what on my download, but its driving me nuts
