I don't...I never enjoyed the aiming in GTA. The aiming will be the only thing that possibly holds this game back for me.

Hate to say it because I'm really looking forward to this game, but I agree. Aiming in rockstar games has always been aggravating. Really hoping this is not the case with RDR.

Lol, I swear we've discussed this every five pages in this thread... There will be three versions of aim in this game depending on difficulty; Complete auto aim, slight auto aim, and then zero auto aim.

I gotta say, the excessive language in a western game is disappointing. Hard to play a game with that language with children, so really hurts the playability for me.

Oh well, will just have to play later at night.

Lol, I swear...we are addressing what will possibly hold it back from being a game of the year. Relax, dude...none of us know how all the 3 different aiming versions will handle til we get our hands on it.

But what is really funny is no one is asking anymore.

It is comments of the aiming of previous Rockstar games adn the hope that this (and the 3 options) will be better.

I have a pretty good idea. Complete Auto Aim will lock onto guys for you, Slight will lock onto guys when you move the sites over them, and zero auto aim will not lock on anything.

At least, that's how I envision it. Whether or not it holds it back from GOTY is unknown.

I don't think it will be in the top 3 cross-platform games of the year in the end, but that's just me. Doesn't mean it's not going to be a good game.

With my son sitting around, no I don't. When you have kids, you can watch porn in front of them for all I care, but I don't.

I do play videogames with my son though.

I'm sorry, I guess I never heard John Wayne or other classic western movies with the guys dropping F and C bombs all over the place.

Yes, as I said in my first post, I'd just have to play it late at night. I never said anything further than that. LOL

I just figured this would be one I could play with him being a western and all. That's all I really said, that I was disappointed by that inclusion. LOL

Scott, you can turn the volume down during some of the dialogue scenes and turn on subtitles as an option.

Being GTA in the West I figured this would not be kid friendly(The only Rockstar game I can think of that's kid friendly is Table Tennis).

That's why it took me so darn long to finish GTA - I could only play it later and I don't stay up too late. Some multiplayer and non story stuff was OK though, like hunting for the birds or stunt jumps.
