Ahh, UPS. It's been "being delivered" since 8 this morning. I got tired of waiting (I'm going out of town and won't get to play again for a couple weeks) so I went to Blockbuster and put my game pass to good use (got it and Alan Wake also to hold on to for a bit).

Anyway, I get back to find the UPS guy literally standing at my door with the game...lol. Firing her up now.

Just traded Tiger Woods 10 (Wii) and Super Paper Mario in at GS and got the game for $19.41. Such a great deal.

The really amazing part of that, to me, is that Super Paper Mario is 3 years old and they still gave me 20 bucks for it.

This is, without a doubt, better than any GTA game ever created. There is still a sense of restriction in GTA. In RDR, I feel like I can do anything I want at any time and still get away with it.

I was playing the five finger game and lost because I had no idea what it was...so after the game I, just for fun, pull the gun on the dude. He runs away, one of his mates pulls a gun on me, and before he gets the shot off, I fire. Little did I know that Mr Marston like to do things brutal with a gun up close, so he literally blows this dudes face off. Only one guy saw me and I had to pay him off for $5. I walk way with no bounty and the satisfaction that I just killed a guy.

And multiplayer, my God, the multiplayer is awesome. Cannot wait for the 8 man posse! Already had a 4 man and it was fun as hell!

Easy GOTY candidate and it's going to take something incredible for it to get bumped off it's top spot.

Yea, I'm gonna have to stop coming in this thread. Seems like I hate all of you more and more for having the game after every page I read.

I am loving the game on the PS3 but their have been a few oddities such as my character being invisable but then he reappears when im free roam and having frequent disconnects. Are others having these problems on the PS3? Thanks.

Man I can't ride a horse yet.

Game is beautiful, the starry night is overwhelming. Like OSUFan said, the possibilities just seem endless. As I was driving a stage coach during a mission, I must have wanted to jump off and explore after every bend. I am still looking for my lasso though and I gotta get better at riding.

My first kill..a chicken with the knife.

BTW.. The war horse code was in the case. Go figure.

I've got to say the hardest thing in this game is learning how to do everything on horseback, including just learning how to ride on it. I've got the hang of most of it now, but it's kinda difficult to pick up. As it should be too...

Perfect timing - UPS delivered just before I arrived home from work. Installing now...
