I'm sure this is something for those on PC version of game(Is their one?) or if someone is playing their game on a monitor and using their computers stereo.

This will probably make it where the audio only comes out of the headphones. Probably has no effect on a TV or surround sound speakers though.

Dumb question, but after you beat the main story can you still do stranger and other challenges like hunting?

I love this game, but the freezing/glitching is really starting to piss me off.

they are 3 pictures usually of the same spot but more zoomed in. The first map is very confusing about the exact location, but identifying the area is easy.

I found a crooked blackjack dealer. I hogtied him to the tracks, slit his throat and then watched the train run him over.

I tried to hang a poker cheat by dragging him and going over cliffs but this glitchy mess of a game let him get away somehow. He was promptly eaten by wolves.
Ive never played or even heard of this game, but i just clicked on this thread to the last page and read this single post. I might have to go buy another 360 just for this game.

Thanks for the info, i'll have to try it again. Are both ps3's linked to your same profile? I think that might be my problem i have 2 different profiles on both ps3's.

Funny story from last night. I was playing poker at thieves landing after losing a few times. After about a half hour of consistent play i finally ended up busting everyone at the table and it took my bank balance to over 1k for the first time. To celebrate i walked up the bar and smashed 5 shots of whiskey in under a minute. My guy stumbled back from the bar and i slowly walked out into the street drunk out of his mind.

As i was trying to make my way back to the place i bought to sleep it off this guy comes running up the street chasing a prostitute who is screaming for my help. I slowly stumbled towards them but couldn't get my gun out and John fell flat on his face passed out cold. Literally a few feet away from me the dude was hogtying the prostitute while i layed right next to them passed out.

I must have laid there for about 3 minutes completely out of it while he carted her off.

This is getting close to being "fav game of all time" territory for me. I even had a dream about this dame game last night which can't be a good sign.

One thing this game does way better than GTA4 is that i actually like John Marsdon and care what happens to him. I didn't really care if Niko lived or died.....

Good stuff gonna go check it out after lost finishes, I had guessed it was up there but always got sidetracked when I went to go look. I love how the game does the treasure maps.

question...are all of the treasure maps in the same section of land? or does the maps cover all 3 areas of the game? I am on one that shows a tree, Rio Del Toro, and some rock walls...all i need to know is, is it in new austin or is it in a different area i havent unlocked yet

I feel the exact same way. John is definitely a more relate-able character than Niko IMO.

Anyone on the 360 get some serious framerate dips once they hit the snowy areas around Tall Trees? It dropped by quite a margin for basically the entire time I was riding through the snowy area in and around Tall Trees.

I almost killed my horse for being a prick...

I did one of those "my horse and carriage have been stolen" things, caught up with the theif, put some lead between his shoulder blades, hopped off my horse and onto the carriage...then my horse, who is apparantly a jealous prick, proceded to t-bone the carriage, flipping it and the horse over...fail!

if I hand been in the middle of nowhere with no ride, I would have gutted the damn thing

Sounds like what happened to me earlier. Same deal, chased down the carriage, and was on the way back to the guy. Well, apparently, about 10 yards in front of the guy, there was a huge rock I somehow didn't see. Well, I hit it, flipped a** over head, and plowed over the man. Not only did I fail to return the carriage, but I also killed the poor SOB. Oh well. The West giveth, and the West taketh.

I liked Niko. I thought he was one of the better video game characters I've played as but that's just me.

lol I did one of those earlier. I successfully returned the cart to her, but after riding about 5 feet she flipped it on its side. The horse ran away and then she ran around like crazy. I decided to put a bullet through her face for her stupidity.
                                I chuckled.
