Re: Red Dead Redemption
Touchè sir. But as Blzer said, thus far (I haven't even had the game for a week) I've only been bucked off when the stamina would fully deplete. In this case, the stamina wasn't even exhausted. Do horses heal from gun shot wounds like my player does (through time)? I was sort of thinking perhaps the gun shot wound caused it to die a slow death, but I didn't know for sure. Maybe someone randomly knifed him as I sped by in front of the saloon. Those guys are nuts.Comment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Yeah I had no idea that happened either. Mine would just stop and buck me off. The next time I get an itch to play RDR, I'll have to try that. It would be kind of funny to see at least once!MLB: Cincinnati Reds

Re: Red Dead Redemption
I'm pretty sure it's if you just get right back on him and run his stamina out a few times.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Question for those who have finished the game and are still working on all side-quests. I'll spoiler just in case.
SpoilerI can't seem to complete my last two stranger tasks with Jack, "California" and "Love is the Opiate." I can't find them anywhere and have been searching the past few sessions. Can't you complete stranger missions as either John or Jack? Where can I find them? Red Dead wiki isn't really giving me any good information.Comment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Rockstar Moving On Next Open World Title
Rockstar San Diego, the studio that brought us games and franchises like Red Dead Redemption (above) and Midnight Club, is hiring for what it's labeling is an open world game.
Three new job postings at Gamasutra surfaced this weekend (and it looks like there are still some openings from last month) for tools, gameplay, and network programmers at the studio, and the later two specifically mention that they are seeking potential employees for an open world game.
Given Rockstar San Diego's franchises listed above – as well as PS2 launch title Smuggler's Run – any one of these would make for a cool game. Who knows, maybe it's even a new IP.Comment

Sent in applications, even though this was more about the news for a new game. "Buttercup!!!", hahaha! Great fun!
Dog, you're right. It's too bad they didn't add more content for this game. I love RDR and think it's one of the best games of this generation.Comment
