    Yeah, my first one I found in the desert. Lost my second one after the first "race" deal. At least no homeless bum has ridden away on one ala Oblivion, lol.

    What's your favorite weapon thus far, and what is it's rating? I'm loving the quick change option as well. Albeit I'm not really using it. But it's very handy to have.

      I'm trying to get to the Belly of the Beast.... Can't really figure it out at first sight. Went into a tunnel that I thought would take me there... but after numerous 8-legged nasty creatures... I found myself backing out of the cave and looking around for another way "there".

      Great... Great... Great times though. I've played for the past 4 hrs, and if it weren't for the wife wanting to go to bed, I'd still be playing. Oh well... it's the start of the weekend.

          Ok what I'm using right now is dual blades:

          One Hand:
          Executioners Blade
          Slash = 288
          Fire = 20 (have crystal in slot)
          Speed = 110%
          Level = 30+2

          Other Hand:
          Executioners Blade:
          Samed as above but instead of fire crystal I have a +2 Endurance slotted

          As far as magic I carry:
          Archmage Fire Staff
          Bludg = 45
          Fire Damage = 452
          Willpower = +15

            Past the First Chapter Finally... "Boss battles" are pretty tough if you aren't configured correctly.

            Just got some nice Light Elven Armor as well. Yes, it's 1:30, and I'm still playing the game. Hoooray Weekends. That blade sounds nasty. Can't wait to start grabbing some big guns like that.

              I like this game, but damn the combat is tough to get used to. Plus, I loathe the running animations. The Hero runs like a Heroine.

              I love hunting Ostriches and Cheetahs though, with my arrow and bow.

                Combat is one of the things I love, especially since each weapon has it's own combat skills you can learn etc...
                Keeps it from being a basic hack and slash.
                Maybe it's just your guys running....
                Seriously though I don't run too often but it doesn't look bad to me.

                I also love the Bow stuff especially after getting the distraction skill

                  I'm starting Chapter 4... I've gotten some VERY nice equipment, and just have purchased some Knight Armor. What I do wish they would have adopted, was to loot dead opponents bodies for their armor as well.

                  I really wish that there was more discussion about this game. It is actually a very stellar title. Does it have it's falls and quirks, yep. But it's a definite improvement over some very popular RPG's that I've played in quite afew aspects.

                    I haven't played the game, so I don't exactly know what you are talking about, but it's always bothered me on a small level that you could pick up any armor and just throw it on.

                      What do you mean?
                      You can't pick up any armour and put it on? You may not be strong enough or high enough level etc... or in the case of equipment you may not know the proper type of magic ...

                          All right Skyboxer and WTF, we have a problem now.

                          You see I hated this game. I played it for about 3-4 hours on launch day, looking for a more traditional RPG like the "good ole" days and thought that this was utter garbage. This sound kept going inand out, the video was choppy and I had other issues as well.

                          So all week I have been watching this thread and reading your impressions and getting curioius what you guys saw that I didn't. I to love RPG's and play just about any I can get my hands on, but just didn't feel it with this game.

                          Now it is Sunday afternoon and after taking my copy back and gettting my money back at was at gamestop yesterday and saw it glaring at me from the used shelf. So I picked it up and have been playing pretty much non stop and I am very glad that I gave it on more shot. So thanks for sticking to your guns and you have converted me. As a matter of fact I picked up Two Worlds 1 on GOG for $6.99 which included all of the DLC and completely patched up.

                          So anyway thanks for getting me hooked on another two games that I have to fit in with my The Show addiction. Like I really needed this right now!!

                          All kidding aside, I was wrong about this game and man enough to admit it and I am thoroughly enjoying it, thanks guys.

                            Glad you're enjoying it man. I seriously have had no issues with any sound or choppiness. Did you install to HD? Well I should say minimal issues with sound as there was 1 cut scene where the sound cut in and out, but that was it.

                            Game gets better and better the more you learn skills and upgrade options...

                              I have it on the PS3 so it installed something to the HD already. So I left on the subtitles that way when the sound gets choppy I can still read what was being said.

                              Yeah I can really see this getting pretty deep, I am still just figuring it out. I just went on the Ostrich hunt and got my first horse. Other than that I have just been traveling around and exploring and figuring things out.

                                Yeah I was 12 hours in before I got close to finishing the first chapter... Just roamed around and did a lot of side quests.
