lets just say ive played gears so much over the years that i am 100% sure they were back up. and they went down after like a week of the game being out because they had a server crash.

Doesn't seem like there back up. Been getting a lot of delayed shots/massive lag, being put back over objects I already jumped over to continue to have to repeat it at least three times. Also these glitches are back in full affect fake 100 ranks & a new one where the other team gets a extra player and one of your guys get's disconnected. 4 vs 6 gotta be kidding me smfh ****.

Hate that noobs can dominate games with the freaking sawed off again, the crap takes no skill. They don't have to aim it, feels like it has a 98.9% success rate there basically running around with the one shot packed in their shotty. Just run around like a mad man pressing the shot button & on top of that they gave it back range again boy oh boy.

I never tested it out because I doubt I'd be able to tell the difference anyway, but I heard if you go to dashboard after a game with a host, and you play another game you'll be on dedicated servers.

It's possible to get one shots with the gnasher, I have no problem with it being a choice.

If your ok with this weapon being overpowered fine. No way do I think it's ok to punish longtime players who perfer to pick the other choice.

The success rate is higher then the boom, then seen players get hit dead on with the boomshot only to keep moving heck even the one shot isn't 100%, but that piece of crap is. I shouldn't die from the sawed off if I jump out of melee range(exactly what the description of the weapon says.)

If its going to be treated like a special weapon then it should be placed on certain maps and picked up like special weapons, not given to 5 rambo noobs running around dominating on their first try in the Gears series.

Man, I played this game online til like 3am last night. Really get sick and tired of the anonymous aholes that like to drop the "dirty N@#@#" bombs though. I wish I could go jay and silent bob and find these losers' addresses. Jeesh. Thank god for the mute button.

Woke up to that nice surprise, seems like they fixed the sawed off a little bit .

Also got to play online on the new maps even without putting my season pass in yet, the ugly host advantage is rearing its ugly head to the max. Hopefully it doesn't take 6 patches this year just to have it not fixed .

OXM: People Can Fly May Develop Gears of War Prequel Trilogy

According to the most recent issue of Official Xbox Magazine, the Gears of War universe will continue to be developed, as if we didn’t know that already. However, what may surprise you is the Crystal Ball which is reporting that People Can Fly may be developing a prequel trilogy. “Gears of War will live on, of course, but in what form? The Ball sees a prequel trilogy developed by ****-owned People Can Fly (Bulletstorm) as a likely scenario.”

Would leaving the Gears universe to a team outside of the actual **** Games studios be detrimental to the series?

I'd love to see PCF pick up the Gears universe. I've been bitterly disappointed by E.pic twice now, it may be time for something new.

Gears of War 3: RAAM's Shadow Review - 7.5/10
A good addition to a great series.

RAAM’s Shadow is a good addition to the Gears of War universe and offers three to four hours of new content. While the dialogue isn’t great, new weapons appear in the past, and we’ve battled countless wretch attacks before, when the credits roll this was a journey worth taking. Sure the story points aren’t cliffhangers from the series, but the tale is still fun. If you can’t bear the thought of the Gears of War trilogy ending, definitely pick up RAAM’s Shadow to continue the fight, just don’t expect a long journey or answers to all of your questions.

Season Pass Screwed Up, Charging Those for RAAM's Shadow DLC

So this is out today, but broken for people who bought the season pass. It still tries to charge us, so don't download it yet. **** is looking into it, but season pass holders may need to wait until Thursday to download it. Awesome.

One thing that would have made this a lot better for me, although I'm still pleased, is the scaling of the RAAM model in mult-player. Why do game developers do this? They scale him down in Multi-player to the average locust character and I would also have expected he had his own weapons and finisher in multi-player too. Probably want to much.

Which is why I never play any game online. Its extremely upsetting. But when everyone is anonymous, that's what happens. There should be ways to ban people like that for life. Stupid mother****ers.
