Damn near everybody in this game is a mage on the down low LOL. I must say this game gets better and better the more you play it. The more you play it, the more you learn how damn near everybody is shady and got skeletons in their closet.

Also I am starting to dislike the bow now. It works fine in the beginning of the game but after a while it be way too many powerful enemies at once to fight and the bow stops doing one shot kills. I am at the stage now it takes 8 or more arrows to kill people now.

And my tank and mages be suffering from it, they always get killed now. So now I went back to my twin daggers for I can help my tank out for she won't get slaughtered.

I'm going in

And LOL @ the Quanari, they like the mafia in this game. They got their own area of the city, can't walk into their territory without an invite and they hard as hell to kill.

One of my friends had that problem until I told her to click on the little heart in the bottom right to heal. Try that.

I finally found Isabella. OMG you got to do a ton of quests before you can even find her. I must have down 40 quests or more by now and just now finding her. Hmmm I thought she was a duelist ? But yet when I went into abilities she isn't and don't even have the option to be one. Instead she is a swashbuckler.

But anyway she is weak, very weak when you do find her. She is by far so far the weakest companion to join your party. Right before bed though I did buy her some way better daggers, amulet, belt and ring. So maybe that will help her out.

I still stand by my early post that Anders by far is the most dangerous and powerful mage in the game. He is followed by your sister, then Mirella far as power goes.

Avirellenne really don't make a good tank to me, by default the stuff she carries is junk, so you really got to spend a lot of coin to upgrade her to make her a suitable tank.

The conversations Isabella has with your sister and Avirellene is priceless. She gets to talking about Avirellene dead templar husband and be like what ? Too soon ? LOL Then the line Isabella tells your sister about her lesbian ways that men are good for only one thing but women are good for 6. Then Bethany says 6, what's that ? Then Hawke yells Isabella and Isabella laughs. That line had me and my wife rolling.

Oh I'm healing, but I only have 3 heals. So I'm running out and my team is dropping like flies.

I was hoping for more of a Oblivion type of game. I wasn't really feeling the immersion of the 1st one.

I am 7 hours in. During my first few hours I really liked the parts of the game, but not the whole. I loved the combat, the graphics (I am on a PS3), voice acting (some of the conversations are very funny), etc. but the overall experience felt more like a MMO. A lot of the quests felt like boring WOW sidequests. HOWEVER, at 7 hours in I am beginning to see how my quests and actions are effecting the larger game world. I am also seeing how the story is unfolding and it is deeper than another arch-demon trying to destroy the world. There are some consequences to the way the DA universe is set up. This game is a small slice of that unfolding and I like it.

The only thing I don't like is that many quests take you back and forth through areas and that = a lot of loading (and yes there is some repetition, but not as bad as others have made it seem). It really is an excellent game...for my money as good as the first.

P.S. The voice of Isabella sounds a lot like Kasumi from ME 2. and I LOVES me some Kasumi.

That is what I did, just ran around shooting it with my arrows. But now I am at the point of the game where the enemy is way too powerful and too numerous for arrows. So I went back to my twin daggers for my rogue.
